My guess is the guy sold his soul, somebody had something on him, he needed to resign, the Dems got the smoking gun video of this guy and the call girl...so he said he was resigning for shame by Joe Wilson.

This is like a Japanese man performing public suicide, slicing his gut open proudly with that sword for shame of his nation’s actions in WW II.
