Apparently, it can be repealed.
When I Google “Connally Reservation,” I don’t find any recent discussion, but when I Google “Connally Reservation Obama,” I get a zillion hits of the 45 Communist Goals. The list hasn’t gone unnoticed.
Edgy about O’s UN appearance. It can’t possibly be good. The only question is, How bed.

lol! it happens. Thanks, very informative.
Listening to these infants is like listening in on a high school student council meeting. Boring, self-centered, delusional control freaks convinced that the entire resources of the government, including our time and money, are at their disposal to use as they see fit. I am an artist, and this is revolting on so many levels.
I'm convinced he's been chosen to hand the US over to the UN.
Patrick Courrielche (frontrunner in questioning partisan propaganda use of the NEA) on NEA and Rock the Vote:
-- August 31, 2009
My fear has always been that by providing issues as a cynosure for inspiration to a handpicked arts group a group that played a key role in the Presidents election as mentioned throughout the conference call the National Endowment for the Arts was steering the art community toward creating art on the very issues that are currently under contentious national debate; those being health care reform and cap-and-trade legislation.
By organizing a community of this nature, the NEA has attempted to create a propaganda machine to push the administrations political agenda, ultimately politicizing the agency.
And at this early stage it appears my fears were valid. Case in point is an announcement that I received from Rock the Vote on August 21st, a week and a half after the initial conference call. The contents of the announcement highlighted a health care design contest judged by N.E.R.D, Andrew W.K., and DJ Skee & Chester French.
You may recall from my previous article that a representative from Rock the Vote was on the phone call. In the Foxnews.com article mentioned above, Thomas Bates, vice president of civic engagement for Rock the Vote [also mentioned in post #71], claimed that he didnt agree with me that there was a political undercurrent to the meeting.
Well, he may not have felt the undercurrent because he was part of the NEA pitch team creating it. A river doesnt feel its own current.
Looking at Rock the Votes health care position, as published on their website, and the showcased design submissions [see the scroll in the upper right] you can see that my fears have become a reality. The artwork [examples below] came from their contest.
Their announcement of the design contest states, We cant stand by and listen to lies and deceit coming from those who are against reforming a broken system We need designs that tell the country YES WE CARE! Young people demand health care now.
On their home page they state, Enough is Enough Demand Health Care.
Their blog argues for a public option.
Is there any question that the artwork and their campaign is not aligned with the administrations policies?
Is it just a coincidence that Rock the Vote participated in the conference call and their health care reform campaign came out around the same time? I think not.
"I'm convinced he's been chosen to hand the US over to the UN."
That's the worst. He will surely be throwing Israel under the bus, and that is a close second candidate for "the worse" in the
"Let's See How Much Damage He Can Inflict Before Congress Gets the Big Picture and Starts Drawing Up Articles of Impeachment" contest.
Flashes of nausea are beginning to be a common occurrence.
Or was that Obaminable Snowman?
(MUST READ: It’s all broken down here -— except for any mention of Valerie Jarrett):
Propaganda, Health Care and ACORN: Full Context of NEA Conference Call Reveals Disturbing Pattern
(some highlights)
All evidence points to the fact that the conference call was a ruse, a front for a White House using Skolnik as a kind of beard in order to put an innocent spin on their abuse of the NEA....
The goal: To motivate a group of hand-picked pro-Obama artists (grant recipients or those wanting grants) to push the Presidents flagging agenda, especially health care and to funnel this promotion through the ACORN related- Serve.gov website.
A mere two days after the call a group of 21 art organizations endorsed health care reform.
Of those 21 organizations, 16 of the groups and affiliated organizations received nearly $2 million in grants from the National Endowment for the Arts in the 150 days before the conference call.
George Will put it best:
[T]he Obama administration is tightening the cinch on subsidized artists, conscripting them into the crusade to further politicize the 17 percent of the economy that is health care.”
Almost as disturbing is how eager these artists are to be turned into propagandists.
Lots of info here ping
Thank you for the ping Piasa.
You nailed it. I come from a family of artists who DESPISE the NEA. :)
Actually, every non-profit has been co-opted by the LEFT and is being used in the vast Left wing conspiracy to undermine our freedoms.
'When will they ever learn.... long time ago.... Where have all the intelligent gone? Long time ago... Gone to brain dead, everyone.... long time ago..."
Apparently, the federal RICO statute has been repealed...
