This is political artwork. Until McCain Feingold II comes around to hammer some more on the First Amendment, it still is protected speech as such.

The liberals have tried to portray the groundswell of the American people opposed to Obamacare as being organized by the insurance companies, racist, whatever they can throw out there and hope the MSM will run with.

The only ones who have organized anything are the liberal politicians themselves, sending targeted emails to their union buddies and teachers' groups and donors, begging them to show up at their town halls so they can have some support there for the MSM to interview and make appear to be larger than they actually are.

It's the liberals that have bussed union folks in to town halls. Busing the same people to different meetings. Busing folks from OUT OF STATE into their town hall meetings. It's the liberal politicians who have reserved seating for these astroturfers. It's been liberal union folk that have beaten up and even bitten fingers off of opponents of Obamacare. These liberal astroturfers come in mass-produced shirts, holding mass-produced, printed signs, many being paid to be there. Craigslists all over the country have job listings posted looking for people to help pass Obamacare in their communities.

Real grassroots protesters have shown up on their own, many saying they've NEVER been to a rally or protest in their entire lives. They bring handmande signs, they show up all on their own, many taking time off of work and adjusting their schedules to come. None of these people were paid to show up. these people have all different political backgrounds, the common theme they all share is they are worried about Obamacare and what damage it will do to the country.
