You know, you can ping a mod and politely ask him to correct the typo. I've done it myself before. Just hit the "report abuse" button on post #1 and ask him to please change "rrcoeds" to "records" in the thread title and he'd probably do it.
Hopefully Judge Carter is paying attention. Our Marines are sitting ducks in Afghan due to the Islamo CIC and his rules of engagement (ROE) designed to kill Marines.

See, and here I didn’t even SEE the typo in the headline until you JUST pointed it out (I read the headline FAST and the article itself much slower)! Thanks for taking the time and pointing that out to me... I had thought people were referring to the “Bearick” name thing, and the grammar - then figured out later that it’s a “known” thing with this blogger.
Now it makes sense though as I really couldn’t figure out why you were so upset with people’s teasing you if you didn’t write the article!
And, actually, no it’s not bothering me that badly at all... As I said I didn’t even NOTICE the typo in the TITLE!
Also: if you want the title changed you could always write to the mods. :)

I find that hard to believe, but it would certainly be a hoot.
The more pressure, the more attacks from different directions, the likelier that they will mess up, or that Obama will lose his cool and say something stupid. Defending a lie is a lot harder than defending the truth. You have to be on top of things every second, or you may slip up.
He's a narcissist. He really, really doesn't like being doubted or questioned. If he takes the trouble to lie to us, he expects us to swallow it and beg for more. Because in his mind, He's the One, and not to be doubted or questioned, no matter what.
Actually I wasn’t upset, I thought some of first cracks were amusing in fact.
I am sorry however that the infernal typo distracted from the content of the Lame Cherry blog, poor grammar or not —i thought it was provocative stuff.
But do admit I got irritated by one poster that came down so heavy on the typo thing as an indictment in parallel to Orly Taitz’ legal preparations skills.
All in all, I think we’ve all wrung the life out of this typo topic—:-/

No doubt! I’m a BIRTHER, and PROUD of it! (Actually, I’m a mom of four, so I guess that makes me a “birther” in more ways than one! LOL I can’t believe that after the last 18 mos. that is the first time I thought about the term in that way!).
I know it’s supposed to be a slam to equate us with “Truthers” (due to Berg), but this is SO different in SO many ways...

Just one more thing — I figured out why I didn’t even see the typo in the title (that was the thing bothering ME after I got your response! LOL). Back when I was working on adoption records issues about a decade ago my email address (well, part of it) was RRecords - the “R” standing for our. My brain must have just made that connection instead of seeing the mistake... My daughter also informed me that researchers say that if the first letter and the last letter are correct the brain will usually NOT see the spelling error if the word is in context. :)
NOW - to the subject at hand!
I DO think this idea Lame Cherry wrote about may have some merit, although I am not a lawyer, and I haven’t read through Land’s decision/statement on this case... (BTW: Does anyone on the thread have a link to a transcript or Judge Land’s actual ruling? I must have missed it as I’m sure it was posted here, but I didn’t see it in my pings...)
I like the thinking of tying in the feminism angle if there is something VERY solid there that indicates he really is a sexist. Of course, the REAL feminists could care less if it’s a CONSERVATIVE female that is hurt by it so don’t expect the media to take up that banner - they won’t even REPORT on this issue much less cover that aspect of an appeal “for” us. All in all, it’s probably just better to leave that part alone as, with the exception of the actual feminists who wouldn’t side with us over Palin’s treatment either, I don’t think we can prove that. Besides the “old boy network” would really just (especially in the South) bring up the issue of racism... How could it be that a Southern “Old boy network” was covering for Barack — a black man? (That may not make the best of sense the way it’s written, but I think you get what I’m trying to say...)
I do think there is a TON of merit regarding the idea that if the fine is actually levied against her, that she will have right to disclosure on the docs for her appeal.
It was interesting hearing a bit about Heneman’s case as I was wondering whatever happened with that. The ruling was SO pathetic in that case, literally the judge said the issue was a moot point because it had been “blogged about and twittered” and decided already. It was SO outrageous that it occurred to me (and others) that he may have made the ruling that way so that Heneman would WIN his appeal and have it transferred out of Robert’s courtroom and he wouldn’t HAVE to decide on the merits of the actual case... An “easy way out” so to speak.
The judge ordered sanctions on Friday, and gave Orly a couple of weeks to respond as to why she shouldn't pay. And the sanctions were levied before the alleged letter from Captain Rhodes came out so the two matters are unrelated.
The judge would have to approve her requests for information on Obama. The same judge that basically called her an idiot. What do you think her chances are?
There is nothing trivial about a correspondence school lawyer going after the POTUS with few clues on the rules of procedure and the inability to use the spell check feature on her word processor. Not to mention Taitz' contention that she has a Kenyan birth certificate.

Natural born citizen. Obama isn’t because his father was no not and never a US Citizen.
I would not give a wooden nickle for many lawyers degreed of the major law schools in the last ten years for what they are taught is, honestly, not justice but perversion.

You are relying on the Constitution to make your argument and I'm asking you for the particular words in the Constitution. Where in the Constitution do I find the definition of natural born citizen?
I am discussing the lack of skills possessed by Orly Taitz, and I'm not looking to go down the rabbit trail that you suggest. Do your contentions make Taitz a good lawyer? No, they don't.
