where is the Attorney Hemenway case and why is it not getting traction?
Obama had girlfriends ?
Who Knew? You would have thought so,but zip, nada.
keyboard wacked out—can the ADHD types in residence please focus on the substance and not the typos?
(although will grant “railroad girlfriends’ is darn funny)
Now back to work....
Maybe it’s supposed to be an anagram.
rrcoeds = docs err
sigh...well at least as long as it’s provided some semblance of stress-reducing entertainment value...
See also, "Ready, FIRE! Aim..."
Lame Cherry always refers to Obama as Bearick...no idea why
“rrcoeds” is surely an *unintended* anagram for “records”.
What interests me more, and sort of explains why the unintended anagram could happen. Most of “discernment’s” “sentences” aren’t sentences. Many “phrases” aren’t even phrases. A variation on dyslexia?
I’ve been saying this for some time. If this stupid judge tries to go after Orly, I think it will open things up for her to appeal and demand release of Obama’s records, so it can be proven BY EVIDENCE AND BY LAW whether or not she has a reasonable case.
But I suspect that Obama’s handlers will back-channel the judge and get him to drop his threats.
Which, of course, then allows Orly to bring ANOTHER suit.
As I’ve also said before, she may not dot all her i’s and cross all her t’s, but she sure is a bulldog for persistance. She keeps the issue alive when everyone else has thrown up their hands and faded away.
I didn’t write the content. Pasted it in from Lame Cherry blog (see link).
That said, dyslexic I may well be.
When people can't take the time to spell something correctly, it affects how the substance is viewed. Orly Taitz should be an expert at realizing that by now, as her court filings are riddled with errors.
“When people can’t take the time to spell something correctly, it affects how the substance is viewed.”
I wasn’t preparing my graduate thesis, I merely entered a posting and had a keyboard issue and submitted too soon w/out re-reading.
The humor by those above is enjoyable but bona fide criticism like yours is unfair.
Perhaps you can cut slack on a rapid posting on a web forum, eh?
Comparing this typo to an attorney’s court filings?
Are you kidding me.
No, the worst cut-and-paste wouldn’t do *that*. It most likely came from the author. I used to drink and write in the evening, and try to read... it in the morning. Had to quit drinking to learn what I might have to say.
Hopefully not as a lawyer.
There once was a lawyer named Orly
Who practiced her legal skills poorly.
Her clients all lost.
The cases got tossed.
The birthers, they all took it sorely.
There once was a lawyer named Taitz
Who fired off lawsuits in spates.
But none of them won.
There were blanks in her gun.
And, Obama WAS born in the States.
parsy, who says she ain’t entitled to all the documents to defend herself against sanctions
You were the one that made a remark about the ADHD folks, but I guess it's only you that can make remarks and then pitch a hissy fit when somebody responds. Okay -- got it. Besides that, my comment was more on the point that Orly Taitz is a very poor attorney, and not that you are imperfect at posting. Sheesh.
Orly can demand all she wants. Doesn't mean she'll get it.
A judge can be over the top in prejudicial bias but as long as he follows the law, there isn't much that can be done about it.
Those papers would have nothing to do with defending herself.
You are late to the party.............. Here’s a posting of this article same source with some 200+ replies...........
just take a little good natured ribbing. Kinda like being self deprecating.
Post ON (interesting read by the way)
Hey! You’re back! Hadn’t seen you in a few days.
Any thoughts regarding the premise of the article?
Because Barry’s supposed father told people to pronounce ‘Barak’ Obama that way.
“You were the one that made a remark about the ADHD folks”
That was a JOKE. You were the crabbyappleton.
Not many. I doubt that Orly can force the disclosure of any documents while appealing her fine. I doubt Judge Land would allow it.
I also pray that God will cloud the mind of Obama’s attorneys and cause them to make mistakes.
Orly? Is that you?
the article sounded fun but, I don’t see how moving to the stage posited gets anyone where they want to be.
Discovery still has an order or presentment. I think
did you use spellchecker in your response? lol.
As I understand it. The judge decided not to go for the sanction. And Orly’s client bowed out and said that she never authorized and appeal. Well that is what I read.
Crabbyappleton? Good grief, grow up ... right after you learn to understand a turn on comments. I used your comment to make a point about Orly Taitz. What the hell is so hard to understand?
THAT is funny !
Maybe the stupid judge is not so stupid. Maybe he knows if he sanctioned Orly she could get.......
I think the brick wall of the corrupt judiciary covering for Hussein may start having a few cracks here and there.
OK, now I KNOW this is exactly what you DIDN’T want to happen, but I now have a question...
If you merely cut and pasted this to post it, how would that make the typos an issue with YOUR keyboard? And, why are YOU getting so upset about the typos if they aren’t yours?
I predicted back in March that the lefty judge Robertson would not sanction Hemenway for fear that it would give him standing on appeal. Robertson did end up swallowing his balls.
Since you have traveled so much, what number is your French language???
