“rrcoeds” is surely an *unintended* anagram for “records”.
What interests me more, and sort of explains why the unintended anagram could happen. Most of “discernment’s” “sentences” aren’t sentences. Many “phrases” aren’t even phrases. A variation on dyslexia?

I’ve been saying this for some time. If this stupid judge tries to go after Orly, I think it will open things up for her to appeal and demand release of Obama’s records, so it can be proven BY EVIDENCE AND BY LAW whether or not she has a reasonable case.
But I suspect that Obama’s handlers will back-channel the judge and get him to drop his threats.
Which, of course, then allows Orly to bring ANOTHER suit.
As I’ve also said before, she may not dot all her i’s and cross all her t’s, but she sure is a bulldog for persistance. She keeps the issue alive when everyone else has thrown up their hands and faded away.

I didn’t write the content. Pasted it in from Lame Cherry blog (see link).
That said, dyslexic I may well be.
To: cycle of discernment
"can the ADHD types in residence please focus on the substance and not the typos?"When people can't take the time to spell something correctly, it affects how the substance is viewed. Orly Taitz should be an expert at realizing that by now, as her court filings are riddled with errors.

Wow.
“When people can’t take the time to spell something correctly, it affects how the substance is viewed.”
I wasn’t preparing my graduate thesis, I merely entered a posting and had a keyboard issue and submitted too soon w/out re-reading.
The humor by those above is enjoyable but bona fide criticism like yours is unfair.
Perhaps you can cut slack on a rapid posting on a web forum, eh?
Comparing this typo to an attorney’s court filings?
Are you kidding me.
To: cycle of discernment
No, the worst cut-and-paste wouldn’t do *that*. It most likely came from the author. I used to drink and write in the evening, and try to read... it in the morning. Had to quit drinking to learn what I might have to say.

The cases got tossed.

"Are you kidding me."You were the one that made a remark about the ADHD folks, but I guess it's only you that can make remarks and then pitch a hissy fit when somebody responds. Okay -- got it. Besides that, my comment was more on the point that Orly Taitz is a very poor attorney, and not that you are imperfect at posting. Sheesh.

This is where the spit hits the fan now, because there are numerous precedents which are basic common law in when someone is accused and punished as Mrs. Taitz is about to, that she will now have a hearing and appeal by higher authorities where she can demand now the Obama secret papers to defend herself. Orly can demand all she wants. Doesn't mean she'll get it.
To: cycle of discernment
I have not dealt a great deal with the lawyers and their casesA judge can be over the top in prejudicial bias but as long as he follows the law, there isn't much that can be done about it.

Any thoughts regarding the premise of the article? Not many. I doubt that Orly can force the disclosure of any documents while appealing her fine. I doubt Judge Land would allow it.

I also pray that God will cloud the mind of Obama’s attorneys and cause them to make mistakes.

As I understand it. The judge decided not to go for the sanction. And Orly’s client bowed out and said that she never authorized and appeal. Well that is what I read.
