That was a great service and show that Hannity did last evening. As a Californian, I can confirm that this nonsense with judges and environmental extremists has been going on for years. Plus, the Dems in the legislature have refused for years to fund a peripheral canal that would channel water from Northern California around the Sacramento Delta to feed into the California Aqueduct that carries water to Southern California.
As for Gov. Arnold, funny how he danced around Sean’s question of whether he would travel to Washington to meet directly with Obama. Arnold is useless and incompetent. If he had any guts, he would have been making Obama and his cohorts miserable by pushing this issue in the media. Instead, we read virtually nothing about this huge problem in our California news media because Arnold has not been speaking out. Notice he did not leave his Sacramento office and come down to the fields of the San Joachin Valley to meet Sean and the farmers and farm workers.
It is a crime that the lives of these people are being sacrificed for a decreasing number of an unremarkable fish.
I was thinking that last night. He needs to send his states national guard. Take a stand like a real man. A real American man. I bet John Wayne would have sent the his guard, if he were governor.

If nothing else it would get national attention and maybe rerail Gang Green.
The same thing will happen in Health Care when bureaucrats run the system sheltered by a law that doesn’t limit their power.

Arnold could tell the Fed to go to hell and turn the water on. Post the National Guard fully locked and loaded around the pumps and dare King Obama to do anything. No guts. Until we have an uprising like this America is done. If that nut case King Obama tries to send the military in he will find that the military will not support him and millions of Americans will tar and feather his a@@. Arnold's first responsibility is to protect California from Washington corruption.

I think Justice Roberts said he felt that the Federal Government had no right to govern over states when a species was native to that state alone, unless they can somehow prove these farmers are impacting other states they have no right to shut them down, imho.

You know, I was thinking that Arnold should just declare a “State of Emergency” like Mississippi & Louisiana did during Katrina. Like LA he should just drag his feet asking for Federal assistance - & since the Feds couldn’t enter New Orleans without the governor’s permission, they shouldn’t be allowed to enter CA either.

That is Jim Costa. A deal was set up in June of this year, after the pumps were shut off, in which Costa, Devin Nunes, Paul Rodriguez and Ray Appleton, our local KMJ talk show host, were going to travel to DC to persuade them to add Nunes’s amendment to a spending bill, to turn the pumps on and build a water project to eliminate the problem.
We’re not sure, but Ray is convinced that Costa submarined the effort. He apparently called Paul Rodriguez, who is a somewhat emotional fellow, and scared him into backing out. I believe Ray, because he confronted Costa on the radio and the ‘Rat waffled and talked in circles. He sounded guilty to me, of lying to cover his own behind. The measure failed... Nunes put the tapes on YouTube to show how disgraceful the process was.
