While I was searching for this I saw an article (I cannot find now) that says Obama is well aware of the suffering here and plans to build a solar farm.
A solar farm? What the hell?
I heard that last night when I watched it. It’s the damn enviro wackos. The governor of CA should just called out the guard to take over where the pumps are and open them up. Let’s see what happens then.

Isn’t Victor Davis Hanson’s family farm in the San Joaquin Valley? (His “Fields Without Dreams” was an outstanding book.) I wonder what he thinks about all this.
I cannot remain silent when these people are waiting in food lines and probably don’t qual for welfare/gov assistance because they are not poor enough or a minority.

I’ve been waiting all morning for someone to post. My heart went out to these people last night when I saw Hannity’s special on this part of the country. And, then, I had an idea....
Why couldn’t someone set up a 501 (c) organization whose main purpose is to raise national awareness by having a nationwide food drive for this region?
“Feed the people who have fed the nation” could be the slogan.
Any feedback?? I am seriously considering the logistics of this. It would bring humanitarian to these people, and, most importantly, I think it would bring the Obama administrations true feelings toward hard-working Americans to light.
It is disgusting. My sister told me that these groups have gone to NP office more than six times and she has blown them off.
I still do not understand why the governor just doesn’t order the water turned on. Deal with the feds later.

If I was governer, I would deputize the locals , arm them, and let them turn on the pumps. Then what’ll the feds do?

Van Jones and the environmental movement have succeeded in shutting down the timber industry and as we can clearly see from this situation, family farms.
The Obama administration now wants to get their tentacles into our healthcare and insurance.
I wonder what will it take for Americans to learn that just because it “sounds good” doesn’t mean it is good?
San Francisco gets it’s water from the Hetch Hetchy dam. That water would go into the delta where those “poor fish” live if it was not diverted to water the hogs in San Francisco.
Now isn’t it amazing that all the environazis never mention this in all their “we must save the planet” BS.
Cut the water off from San Francisco and see how fast those self righteous “save the planet” people are willing to throw the that fish under their “ecologically friendly” bus.

A lot of people don’t realize that, in 1996, Nancy Pelosi and her husband and fewer than 10 other partners wanted to build a golf course and country club outside of San Jose, California, called the CordeValle Country Club.
In order to get approval to build on these 275 acres, they had to comply with some very stringent county environmental regulations. Now the California tiger salamander and the Western pond turtle are apparently endangered species and they’re very, very common on these 275 acres that the Pelosis wanted to develop.
But they never followed the environmental regulations. The ponds were never built for these endangered species. For seven years, they also failed to file any of the environmental reports required by the California Fish and Wildlife Commission. A 2004 County Environmental Compliance Report found all kinds of environmental problems on the Pelosis’ golf course.
I haven’t verified the above information....we need James O’Keefe and Hannah Giles and their videography skills to check into the Corde Valle Golf Club.
It would be simple to take videos and see if the ponds have been built.
