I am old enough to recall when, back in the 70's, Camille Paglia called a young woman on going to a guy's dorm room, actually getting into bed with him while they were both drunk, then saying "no" at the last minute and calling it "rape" the next day.
Paglia didn't say it wasn't "rape", because the women actually did say "No!". But she also said that it was stupid to think that government could protect you beforehand on a momentary decision to behave like an idiot and then say, "No". She also said that this kind of encouraged naivete for women was not in the least bit "female empowerment". Want to empower your daughters, parents? Wise them up!

I predict she’ll go the way of David Mamet. Both have their hippie dreams to keep them warm, but that was such a long time ago and the gas bills keep coming in.

I’ve been called names by leftists before. Lying, slandering and personal attacks are the foundation of liberal debate. As far as the birth thing goes, I believe 0’s grandmother, and she is blacker than he is. Not only does her additional blackness give her more street credentials, she was old enough at the time to remember where 0 was born. He was too young to remember anything. It’s not his fault, mind you. We all go through a brief time in our lives that is hard to remember.
She’s probably gay and BO isn’t as helpful to gay causes as they would like probably because of his treatment at the hands of Frank Marshall Davis.
This really is two puzzles:
1. Why won’t Obama release so much information.
2. Why since he has put them under attack hasn’t the CIA found some of this information and leaked it to the press. [I know they would have to leak it to FNC to actually have someone air it.]

The only person that has rattled off that list on air, that I know of, is Rusty Humpries. I don’t know why Glenn Beck doesn’t do it.....It’s a FACT that these records have not been released or have been scrubed. It’s a MONUMENTAL story no matter how you look at it.....

I think it may be building up to a point where those things become more relevant to people who aren’t so politically informed. A history of known actions is being laid down every day of his administration. That will make his lack of a previous history become more interesting.

As far as I can tell, he never actually represented any of his clients in court, which casts some doubt on whether he actually was licensed or not, IMHO.

She certainly does. I like reading her articles because she will be fair and strives to ferret out the truth. Anyone with any knowledge about how things work or anyone who takes a look at the simple requirements in one’s own life has to say that something stinks about the birth certificate issue and about those college records which are sealed away out of public sight, not to mention the 800 million or whatever has been spent not to produce a valid $12 document.
She is the only honest liberal I am aware of. I’ll read anything she writes.
