Washington, D.C. (AHN) - A judge in Virginia on Wednesday set the date of execution of Washington sniper John Allen Muhammad to Nov. 10.
The decision of Prince William County Circuit Court Judge Mary Grace O'Brien will send Muhammad to the Greensville Correctional Center in Jarratt for lethal injection.
Muhammad's lawyer said he plans to appeal the ruling before the U.S. Supreme Court or seek clemency from Gov. Timothy M. Kaine (D).
Muhammad was sentenced to death in 2003 for the killing of Dean H. Meyers in 2002. He and accomplice Lee Boyd Malvo sniped 13 victims in the Maryland, the District and Virginia areas. Ten died in the random shootings.
BTW...what's the over/under for 0bama to commute his sentence to show compassion to a muslim brother?

CNN had already said it was two white guys based on no evidence. They never mentioned it was a pedophile muslim black guy and an illegal alien black kid. Instead, they spun the story to make the black sheriff/police chief who was clueless the hero. The hero was a trucker who saw the car. I think it was also due to someone leaking a description of the car because the police chief was holding the information.
Not trying to make race the issue but CNN sure did.

There's no argument here that getting rid of killers is a good idea.

The whole DC Sniper thing was sickening. The cop running the show (chief Moose) did a lousy job. He later wrote a book about it.
The two killers were sick animals. CNN and the other lib channels only made it worse by looking for “two white guys in a white van” that never existed.
If it wasn’t for that on the ball truck driver - they may have never caught them. Investigators in Alabama also figured out his car. Somebody leaked the story on purpose - I think a radio station. The police chief was a fool and the leak helped catch them. The lib media then spun the story to make the chief the hero.

I knew two people that served on the juries for the snipers. One served on Malvo’s jury, the other on Muhammad’s. I was pissed that Malvo didn’t get the death penalty.
