RICHMOND, Va. (AP) - A Virginia circuit court judge has set a Nov. 10 execution date for John Allen Muhammad, mastermind of the 2002 sniper attacks in the Washington, D.C., area.

We lived in Odenton, right in the middle of it. We had a family rule, stay between your vehicle and a building. Park as close to a structure as possible and walk in between parked cars.

We didn’t completely isolate but we became more aware of everything. It was pretty scary times.
