Mohammed is now the most common name for baby boys born in London and three other English regions, official Government figures have shown.
The Islamic name overtook traditional choices like Jack, Thomas and Daniel to become the number one name in the West Midlands, Yorkshire and the Humber, and the North West, as well as in the capital, in 2008.
The figures emerged in a detailed regional breakdown of figures published last week by the Office for National Statistics (ONS).

We are heading in the same direction. By 2050, one in three residents of this country will be Hispanic.
In just a few short years we will be reading about them in the crime reports!
It doesn’t help that all of the unwed moms like to come up with made-up names/variant spellings, and Muslims have a pool of about five names to choose from.
It is not the most popular name in all of England, apparently. They seem to want to promote it in this article.

Nice observation. I imagine the most popular boy’s name is Colin or William or some such. The ratio of native Anglican English to Muslim is like 6 to 1. But you would never know it by the media. Same deal in the USA with the black white ratios in TV advertisements and free programming vs reality. You would think it was 50-50 based on TV ratios.

Yes, but by the second or third generation, they start giving their kids Americanized names (among my faves are Brian and Madison Balderama, Leslie Lopez, Fitzhugh Cardoza and Troop Coronado). And their religion doesn’t teach them they ought to be killing us.
Our throat is next. Our pols see as well as we see what is happening in Europe. The virus of Islam is spreading fast in the US and our government is ambivalent. While I will never live to see it, unless something is done I think a world dominated by Islam is quite possible. It will be new Dark Age across the once civilized portions of the earth.

What is going on is unprecedented in our history. We cannot assimilate these kinds of numbers. And we are well on our way to becoming a banana republic because of our crushing debt and expanding entitlement programs, which represent an unfunded liability of $57 trillion.
We will increasingly take on the profile of a third world country with a dwindling middle class and a growing gap between rich and poor. We are creating a permanent underclass populated mainly by blacks and Hispanics who have the highest out of wedlock birthrates and school drop out rates.
