Osama bin Laden Warns Americans In New Tape Message appeared in Web site often used by al Qaeda supporters
DUBAI - Al Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden issued an apparently new audio tape on an Islamist Web site on Monday, warning the American people over their government's close ties to Israel.
The message, entitled "A statement to the American people," was approximately 10 minutes long and appeared on a Web site often used by supporters of al Qaeda.
The same Web site said earlier this month it would soon carry a "present" to Muslims from bin Laden, who is thought to be hiding in the mountainous terrain along the Afghan-Pakistani border, on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan.
The message comes a few days after the anniversary of the Sept. 11 attacks carried out by al Qaeda operatives in 2001 in which nearly 3,000 people died in the United States.
In his last previous known message in June, bin Laden said U.S. President Barack Obamahad planted the seeds of "revenge and hatred" toward the United States in the Muslim world.
Those remarks were issued just before a major speech by Obama who said he sought a "new beginning" between the United States and the Muslim community.

Well, if “Osama” is trying to kill his enemies, he sure missed a target-rich environment this weekend. Now that DC is so scarce in GOP’ers, he’ll be bound to hit some of his own team if he tries anything.
In the past, the targets have been typically Night Clubs, Vacation Resort Hotels and the like. They are the so called "Soft Targets." Cheaper, Easier access with maximum effect for their cause.
Probably in countries that are friendly with the US.
Time will tell.

Obama is selling Israel out and has basically neutered our boys in Afghan.

Here in the Philippines watching CNN Asia. Not sure if it was on Anderson Cooper who said it or someone else but i think i heard this headline teaser: “should the US give Osama bin Laden a chance to Reform” or “why won’t the US give OBL a chance to Reform”.
Did anyone else hear this? Perhaps my ears deceived me.
I’ve checked their website but havent’ found any evidence of this story. Will keep looking around to see if i heard correctly.
Also, CNN Asia seems to be celebrating The 60th anniversary of Communist China. Mentioning what the “festivities” will be this weekend in Tiananmen Square of all places. They’ve (CNN) has named the 60th anniversary “China at 60”. It’s really pretty disturbing. They’re interviewing people who seem very uncomfortable when asked about their country.
