MODESTO, Calif. — A man police believe has been deported to Mexico up to eight times was arrested Tuesday evening in Modesto after he allegedly pointed a gun at the house of his ex-girlfriend. Julian Virgen Lopez, 31, was arrested in the 100 block of La Loma Avenue after police found a loaded firearm in the car he was driving, according to Sgt. Brian Findlen of the Modesto Police Department. Lopez was stopped after police received a call at 7:30 p.m. that a man was pointing a gun at the woman’s home in the 100 block of Phoenix Avenue. He was booked into the Stanislaus County Jail on suspicion of being felon possessing a firearm, carrying a concealed weapon, carrying a loaded firearm and in being possession of ammunition. The U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency also has been notified, Findlen said. There was no word on how Lopez had returned to the United States so frequently after being deported.

The death penalty for any repeat offender. Caught once - shame on us for not getting you at the border - deportation and warning to the host country. Second offense, big fine, deportation and reimbursement from host country for all costs + 10%. Third offense - death penalty. Three strikes and you are out.

This isn’t even a story. This happens every day of every week. Eight times is probably a low figure too.
I was going to post the same thing but thought it sounded a little too radical:). I agree with you, but it will never happen with the bleeding hearts in charge of this country now.
Tell him that the next time he is caught in the USA, he will be summarily shot.
Then do so if and when he reappears.
I guarantee that others like him will think twice about re-entering the USA, and he will NEVER pose a threat to anyone EVER again.
