“The President is indeed a Citizen of this country and constitutionally qualified to be President of the United States.”

So how does she know this? I am not a “birther” whatever that is, but I could not say with certainty that he is a native born American.

I guess one could say Obama is a citizen of the USA because he holds a US passport. But from what I understand just holding a US passport and meeting the age requirement is not enough to be eligible to be president.

C'mon, Congresswoman. Instead of saying "Citizen", say "Natural Born Citizen". Say it! So you too can be complicit in the crime. Indicating that all citizens are Constitutionally qualified to be President just makes you sound stupid.

“Natural Born” is mentioned in Article 2 Section 1........Obama is clearly not a “natural born”....

Any idiot ought to be able to understand that the clause was put there for a reason. The only exemptions were for those citizens alive at the Constitutions inception.

The media & other Obama acolytes treat all Americans as idiots.

It has been interesting to watch the MSM successfully change the definition of "birther" from "A person who wants to see the best available documentation of Obama's birth" to "A person who is convinced that Obama was born in Kenya."

0bama may be a "citizen" of the U.S. but that doesn't meet the requirements for POTUS. He has to be a natural-born citizen and he has not proved that he is. Why is that difficult to understand?? Here is what we need from 0bama:

0bama has spent $1.4 million dollars to hide all of his personal records from the American people. 0bama supporters, as usual, resort to ad hominem attacks on anyone who dares question the eligibility of the One.

0bamas’ hidden records: Why are these off limits?

1 Certified copy of original birth certificate
2 Columbia University transcripts
3 Columbia thesis paper
4 Campaign donor analysis requested by 7 major watchdog groups
5 Harvard University transcripts
6 Illinois State Senate records
7 Illinois State Senate schedule
8 Law practice client list and billing records/summary
9 Locations and names of all half-siblings and step-mother
10 Medical records (only the one page summary released so far)
11 Occidental College Transcripts
12 Parent’s marriage Certificate
13 Record of baptism
14 Selective Service registration records
15 Schedules for trips outside of the United States before 2007
16 Passport records for all passports
17 Scholarly articles
18 SAT and LSAT test scores
19 Access to his grandmother in Kenya
20 List of all campaign workers that are lobbyists
21 Punahou grade school records

All other Presidents have provided these types of personal documents, why is 0bama not held to the same standard?

Interesting. Perhaps the stories about repressing all radio and tv types from expressing any opinion regarding obama’s NBC qualifications are true. I wonder...what does it take to roll a member of Congress over on her back? It reminds me of Monicagate...perhaps it’s all about sex.

There you go. BTW, it's been verified that those were indeed the name of the Hospital in Mombassa and the Province it was then in. The majority of Kenya was called the Crown Colony of Kenya, but the little strip that had belonged to the Sultan of Zanzibar was called the British Protectorate of Kenya.

The only slightly odd thing about the document is the use of the m/d/yyyy date format rather than d/m/yyyy more common in the British Empire, although some sources indicate both formats are used in Kenya.

It's very odd that the Republicans should be so terrified to admit that Obama’s eligibility is questionable. That is all they need to say - questionable. After all, McCain's eligibility had to have been questionable for it to receive a senate debate and a resolution. Why isn't Obama considered a birther for forcing that debate?

According to the the principal framer (John Armor Bingham )of the 14th amendment, particularly
Citizenship and the Citizenship Clause (Defining who was a citizen of the United States) and by Mr. Obama’s
own admission he is not a Natural Born citizen.

“I find no fault with the introductory clause [S 61 Bill],
which is simply declaratory of what is written in the Constitution, that every human being born within the

It’s not for me to prove anything. I’m not taking a position on whether he’s qualified or not. You, however, are.

That may be about as good as it gets. The certified document is still a photocopy, and likely made on a none too clean, nor modern copy machine. It's plenty good enough for the words and numbers, but I sort of doubt even the paper copy would be good enough to do any more than possibly rule out The One as the subject of the footprint.

From an essay by Atty Mario Apuzzo, in A Place to Ask Questions To Get the Right Answers, that I believe I accessed through a Free Republic link on 8/23/2009.
Title of paper is “The Law of Nations as U. S. Federal Common Law and Not English Common Law Defines What an Article II “Natural Born Citizen” Is.”
To quote, in part, “It was also the law of nations that defined a “natural born citizen” as one that is born in the country to parents who are themselves citizens. It is this definition which became incorporated into federal common law and which Obama cannot satisfy because his father was a British subject/citizen and not a U. S. citizen and Obama himself was a British subject/citizen by descent when he was born. (Note: This analysis presumes that Obama’s father was the Kenyan, and not Frank Davis).
http://puzo1.blogspot.com/2009/08/law-of-nations-and-not-english-common.html
What I typed as “puzo1” may be “puzol,” but I’m quite sure it is the numeral “1.”

It is conceivable that a Swiss philosopher is fully capable of correctly interpreting the plain language of the Consitution, possibly even more so than a Wise Latina. The nationality or occupation of the interpreter are not relevant, but the words of the Constitution and their interpretation within the bounds of the plain meanings of words and of logic are binding.

And Smith debunked and rebutted Corsi with his two videos.

Here: http://www.youtube.com/user/InspectorSmith#play/all/uploads-all/2/AdueOWxo518

And later here: http://www.youtube.com/user/InspectorSmith#play/all/uploads-all/0/8NUjXHiiTzM

The second video specifically debunks the claim that the "Coast Province General Hospital" did not exist, apparently it did.

Corsi announced his every move in Kenya to investigate Obama. Corsi: Woohooo here I am Odinga. I'm look'n for dirt on your cousin!

It's no wonder why Odinga had him put under arrest. Sour grapes on Corsi's part that this guy got something he did not?

So WOSG, where is that Obama Certification of Live Birth? Obama has no trust in that Hawaiian COLB to help him in the court of law? LoL!

Your understanding is picked up from birthers, who distort many things to support their thesis. It is not correct. Anyone born in the United States is a "natural born" citizen. The parents don't matter.

What other Presidents have EVER provided certified copies of their birth certificates, or parents’ marriage certificate, or elementary school records, or passport records, or baptism records? How is requesting these kinds of documents from Obama holding him to the “same standard” if they’ve never been requested from any other President?

Why does anyone even want to see his baptism record, anyway? That keeps appearing on requested document lists, but what possible use is it to anyone?
