Rep. Patrick McHenry (R-N.C.) on Wednesday called for President Obama's "czars," or appointed high-level advisers, to testify before Congress about their "authority and responsibilities" in the executive branch.
The president's "czars" have become a point of controversy among his opponents because they do not have to be confirmed by the Senate as cabinet-level officials do.

The only way Obama can get HIS people into positions of power is to make them Czars and circumvent the confirmation process. Otherwise the confirmation process will uncover what HIS people are truly about. With only 43% of his cabinet positions filled and 30 - 44 Czars I feel this is proof that Obama is hiding the truth and will cut corners any way possible to put his deceptive agenda in place.
He should recommend starting with the white ones before he’s called a racist.
And if Van (Montell Williams) Jones wants to come back for a proper hearing, welcome him with open arms and plenty of YOUTUBE

So when the first czar says “No, I don’t think I want to comply with any investigation; you’re out of your jurisdiction.”, allow me to be the first to say thank you. Thank you, RINO party, for nominating the joke that allowed this commie retard to be elected in the first place.

Czars were in the spotlight again after "green jobs" czar Van Jones' resigned this weekend. It was revealed that Jones made harsh comments about Republicans and signed a "truther" petition alleging that the government played a role in the 9/11 attacks.
"His ability to slip into a position of power without due Congressional diligence only further underscores the necessity for a confirmation process," the third-term Republican said of Jones.
In a news article after Van Jones resigned it was stated by the WH that Jones did not get vetted because he is LOW-LEVEL. The MSM has gone silent on this to cover for 0bama.
While I applaud the effort, I don’t that it will go very far.
Congress isn’t about doing what’s best for America, anymore, it’s about pushing the ruling party’s agenda and protecting this marxist pretender to the WH.
I think all of the czars should go to Russia.
Even the Russian revolution had only one Czar to depose. How many do we have now?

GET ON THE PHONES!!! Remind your elected officials that even Robert Byrd wrote Odumbo a letter saying that these czars are unconstitutional. His czar strategy is an unprecedented power grab centralizing authority in the WH, outside congressional oversight and in violation of the Constitution.
When Byrd says it’s unconstitutional, it is indeed unconstitutional.

Congress has probably known all along that BHO would "go the czar route." Yet to date they have shown to be either unwilling or unable to stop it.

I mentioned to you that I was invited by President Bush on my birthday, January 12th, to go have lunch, a farewell lunch at the White House. And he told me he's going to have all these czars and they're not going to be accountable to anybody.
Bush told me this on January 12th, and I came back and I told you this, "He's going to have all these czars," and how did Bush know? Obama told him. Obama told him he's gonna go the czar route. Obama's not intimidated by anything. He's not intimidated by people knowing what he's going to do. People don't want to believe it. They have to see it and they're starting to see it now.
Fine---so they don't have to fill out the goldang questionnaire.
Big frickin' deal---the questionnaire is just a PR ploy to make us think Obama is carrying out "required ethics mandates."
Now------if the czars ARE making public policy for Americans-----they have a BIG problem. This should be investigated at once.
