Tea Party Patriots gathered to protest various Obama policies today as President Obama gave a speech to union members at Riverbend/ Coney Island in Cincinnati, Ohio. Nearly 200 people gathered along Kellogg Ave. as Obama came and went today. Enclosed find photos by timestax.

Love the “Try Tort Reform First” sign. It was tried in Texas and only had limited effect, i.e. more competition from insurers who moved back into the state because they weren’t facing huge court settlements; more doctors who moved in because they no longer had to worry about astronomical liability insurance; lower insurance rates for everybody; hospitals who could once again provide superior service at lower cost. These are limited effects all of us can live with and government doesn’t have the opportunity to screw something else up.

I wonder why they went toward 52 and not 275 275 is 1/2 a block away and 52 is a couple of miles away kind of a round about way to get onto the bypass kind of stupid actually since the bypass takes you greater cincinnati airport unless they were going to fly out of dayton then it would still be stupid ...

The T.V. news reports are reporting that Obama got to Coney Island / Riverbend via MARINE 1 helicopter. And I did see and hear it, and the smaller Secret Service helicopter. I guess President Obama didn’t want to see any of the poor ole “regular folks”. After all, he attended HARVARD, which makes him an elite! Imagine, flying all those big jets, carrying helicopters, limos, etc. , just to give a 25 minute speech in Cincinnati.
