Race-baiter Dem. Diane Watson praises Cuban health system, Castro & Che who “kicked out the wealthy”

Longtime readers of this blog will be quite familiar with race-baiting Democrat Rep. Diane Watson of California.

She attacked Ward Connerly for marrying a white woman.

She bragged about Washington, D.C. being a “chocolate city.”

She polluted the Hurricane Katrina aftermath with race card-playing nonsense.

Thanks to KABC, there’s audio of Watson heaping praise on Castro, Guevara, and the Cuban health system at her town hall meeting last night — as well as injecting her usual racial poison into the health care debate. (For a reminder of what Cuban health care is really like, click here.)

I wrote up a transcript of her remarks. Bring an airsickness bag before reading:

WATSON: You might have heard their philosophical leader. I think his name is Rush Limbaugh. And he said early on, “I hope that he fails.”

Do you know what that means? If the president, your commander-in-chief, fails, America fails.

Now, when a senator says that this will be his Waterloo, and we all know what happened at Waterloo, then we have him and he fails. Do we want a failed state called the United States?

And remember: They are spreading fear and they are trying to see that the first president that looks likes me fails.

Now just understand what’s at the bottom line.

And you know we just got, 48 hours ago, we just go back, we were in Beijing, China, Hong Kong, China, we were in Taiwan, we were in Guam, we were all over the Far East.

I just want you to know: People look at the United States as a country that has changed its way and has elected someone from Kenya and Kansas, I’ll put it like that.

And they’re saying, “We thought you would never do that.”

So we don’t want to have this young man, and he just turned 48 — we want him to succeed, because when he succeeds, we regain our status. We regain our status.

It was just mentioned to me by our esteemed speaker, “Did anyone say anything about the Cuban health system?”

And lemme tell ya, before you say “Oh, it’s a commu–”, you need to go down there and see what Fidel Castro put in place. And I want you to know, now, you can think whatever you want to about Fidel Castro, but he was one of the brightest leaders I have ever met. [APPLAUSE]

I've long advocated voter literacy tests. We have a test to get a drivers license. We have a test to become a citizen if not born in the United States. Why not a voter test?

The reason is that any test which would establish the fact that the voter had minimal awareness of the issues would kill the Democrats. Try a thought experiment. Here are ten questions which any voter ought to be able to answer:

1. What city is the National Capital?
2. Who was the first president of the United States?
3. What 2 oceans border the east and west coasts of the US?
4. How long is a Presidential term?
5. How long is a Senate term?
6. How long is a Congressional term?
7. What the name of the Chief Executive officer of a state.
8. Who is the current US president?
9. How many states are there in the United States.
10. How many Senators from each state are there?

You would need to get 7 of 10 right to be able to vote. I'll bet that 30% of the Democratic voters would fail such a test. They are the types who would vote for Diane Watson.

My opinion: most so-called black people (and let's be honest, it's not race and genetics, as we're all mixed and go back to the same genetic origins -- it's culture and tribalism), like most people generally, are sane and trying to do the right thing. Most are not hate-filled radicals. But too many black politicians got elected from brain-challenged, reverse-racist districts with the tactics of playing chip-on-the-shoulder politics. So we have a whole contingent of black racists who claim to be the black "leadership," and under Obama black racism is now more 'chic' than ever. As Obama's remark about self-important midget professor Gates showed, Obama is not here to "get over it." He's there to keep the issues on "simmer" so he put it on "boil" any time it serves his political schemes. When decent black people get an education, hold down decent jobs, take responsibility for themselves and their families, realize that we are all human and ought to share the planet peacefully, and want to realize that they can think any damn thing they want and are not political race-zombies who can be manipulated by the so-called "black leadership" -- people like Obama (though he thinks he's clever about it), Rangel, Waters, Jackson, Watson, Farakhan, Sharpton and others do a little community-organizing to create a crisis and stir up the pot. Got to keep that bigotry engine going, or they don't get as many votes and make so much money. And it's not just about "hating white." If a black person shows high achievement but doesn't toe the race-party line -- like Condoleza Rice, Clarence Thomas, Dr. Thomas Sowell, and others -- then the black racists use vicious public name-calling of the lowest order. Plus, ridiculing and persecuting Asians and other American minorities, And even having another fake-"reverend" damn the whole country (Obama's buddy "Rev. Wrong," whose opinions Obama didn't know anything about for 20 years ... so he says). The statistics are clear that blacks are victims of crime mainly from other blacks. The worst crime is black-racist political tyranny over a black man or woman's ability to be a person on a planet with many other persons of varying ethnicities. One of my favorite actors James Earl Jones once wrote that "racism is a form of insanity." He's right. And venomous, stereotyping dumb bells like Diane Watson prove it.
