It's not about saving the health care bill. It's about saving his presidency!
Just before President Obama left on his vacation to Martha's Vineyard, he held a meeting with members of Organizing for America, the grass roots group which morphed over from his presidential campaign.
He warned them not to get all "wee weed up" with his recent slide in the polls and the sour outlook for passing the most ambitious version of Democrats health care takeover. Looking back to a year ago he said:
OBAMA: Just remember we've been through this before. Some of you were involved when we were in Iowa, 30 points down, and all of Washington said, oh, it's over -- hand-wringing and angst and teeth-gnashing. And then last year just about this time, you'll recall that the Republicans had just nominated their Vice Presidential candidate, and everybody was -- the media was obsessed with it, and cable was 24 hours a day, and "Obama's lost his mojo." You remember all that? There's something about August going into September -- where everybody in Washington gets all wee-weed up.Yes we have been through this before and as readers will recall, in September of last year Democrats took full advantage of a long dormant "crisis" in the financial markets, sparked by Democrat's insistence that home loans be available to anyone for the asking and refusing to allow regulatory reform which might have prevented the meltdown. John McCain suspended his campaign and walked right into the Democrats trap. All was chaos and confusion. A perfect setup for a Democrat victory.
Certainly no one expects another market crisis to be manufactured in so short a period of time; especially so since this time it would not benefit Obama. But what else might Obama and the Dems be cooking up?
Permanent Campaign Wearing Thin? Democrats are promising that Obama will go into campaign overdrive this fall on behalf of health care. But,Obama has been in campaign mode since he was inaugurated. However, Fred Barnes points out that the more Obama talks, the lower his approval goes. Last fall, Obama campaigned with fuzzy hopey-changey rhetoric. He's now realizing that people want more than bumper sticker slogans from their President and especially on an issue like health care which truly is a life and death matter to all concerned.
Lately, Obama's high minded rhetoric from the campaign has given way to a new negativity. Instead of a positive message, we often hear a scold, whose tone has a certain sanctimonious arrogance that turns people off. He attacks Republicans for conspiring against him. Obama insists that "lies" from Fox News are to blame for his falling approval ratings. Senior Democrat leaders label the opposition as "unAmerican" or "evilmongers" with others suggesting that racism is behind their opposition to a federal takeover of health care.

I doubt even zero is up for that one, but I will not be surprised if we get hit mid-September. I have no doubt it will happen, probably within the next six months. zero has screwed up morale in CIA, FBI and the military, so bad, so fast, that everyone is in CYA mode and no one is watching the fences.
Any surprises like an attack won’t happen this fall, but next fall before the midterms. That’s why they wantthe terrorists freed from Guantanamo - so they can plot an attack (in a Red State, no doubt). It’ll happen, chaos will ensue. Mid term election will be “suspended”.
Or they’ll provoke enough of us to the “Im Mad As Hell...” point and start imposing restrictions of every kind to “combat” our discontent. I keep saying - we have avowed Marxists at the controls of all branches of government, and espcially in the form of the “Czars”. Once a Marxist arrives at their peak of position of power they don’t give it up. They’re gonna do everything they can to stay where they are. They KNOW their popularity is plummeting - it just doesnt’ matter to them. They’re going to do their best to negate the ballot box. They have no intention of losing 6 decades of work to have gotten them where they are and not be able to cash in on the destruction of private wealth because of a lousy election. They will make sure they are going to stay where they are, and elections will be a Dog & Pony Show for appearances. The outcome will belong to them. How in the hell do you think Chavez, Ahmediejhad, et.al, stay in power? They have “elections” too. Their just meaningless excercises to promote the illusion of “democracy”. Thats what we’re gonna get here.
The question is what do we do when he begins to rule the nation through executive orders, with Congress making laws to cover them after the fact?
How many of us will fight?
Why not gin up the tried and true scare machine? And what better excuse than the Swine Flu. Obama’s President’s Council of Advisors on Science and Technology recently predicted that 90,000 Americans could die of the Swine Flu this season.

WHO Warns Of Severe Form Of Swine Flu
WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Doctors are reporting a severe form of swine flu that goes straight to the lungs, causing severe illness in otherwise healthy young people and requiring expensive hospital treatment, the World Health Organisation said on Friday.
Some countries are reporting that as many as 15 percent of patients infected with the new H1N1 pandemic virus need hospital care, further straining already overburdened healthcare systems, WHO said in an update on the pandemic.
"During the winter season in the southern hemisphere, several countries have viewed the need for intensive care as the greatest burden on health services," it said.
"Preparedness measures need to anticipate this increased demand on intensive care units, which could be overwhelmed by a sudden surge in the number of severe cases."
Earlier, WHO reported that H1N1 had reached epidemic levels in Japan, signalling an early start to what may be a long influenza season this year, and that it was also worsening in tropical regions.
"Perhaps most significantly, clinicians from around the world are reporting a very severe form of disease, also in young and otherwise healthy people, which is rarely seen during seasonal influenza infections," WHO said.
"In these patients, the virus directly infects the lung, causing severe respiratory failure. Saving these lives depends on highly specialized and demanding care in intensive care units, usually with long and costly stays."
MINORITIES AT RISK
Minority groups and indigenous populations may also have a higher risk of being severely ill with H1N1.
"In some studies, the risk in these groups is four to five times higher than in the general population," WHO said.
"Although the reasons are not fully understood, possible explanations include lower standards of living and poor overall health status, including a high prevalence of conditions such as asthma, diabetes and hypertension."
WHO said it was advising countries in the Northern Hemisphere to prepare for a second wave of pandemic spread. "Countries with tropical climates, where the pandemic virus arrived later than elsewhere, also need to prepare for an increasing number of cases," it said.
Every year, seasonal flu infects between 5 percent and 20 percent of a given population and kills between 250,000 and 500,000 people globally. Because hardly anyone has immunity to the new H1N1 virus, experts believe it will infect far more people than usual, as much as a third of the population.
It also disproportionately affects younger people, unlike seasonal flu which mainly burdens the elderly, and thus may cause more severe illness and deaths among young adults and children than seasonal flu does.
"Data continue to show that certain medical conditions increase the risk of severe and fatal illness. These include respiratory disease, notably asthma, cardiovascular disease, diabetes and immunosuppression," WHO said.
"When anticipating the impact of the pandemic as more people become infected, health officials need to be aware that many of these predisposing conditions have become much more widespread in recent decades, thus increasing the pool of vulnerable people."
WHO estimates that more than 230 million people globally have asthma, and more than 220 million have diabetes. Obesity may also worsen the risk of severe infection, WHO said.
September surprise? The only thing O has left to surprise us with is foreign policy and a foreign war is the best way to rally the public behind a leader. Iran anyone? Maybe nothing that ambitious (or necessary). I’m thinking Darfur/Somalia.

A possilbe senario. a pandemic real, fabricated or a scare tactic will prevent people from congregating, rallying, and protesting. A real maunfactured pandemic, or should we say “generated crisis” will allow these criminals to some how institue marshall law, giving them total control.

Just proves my point from a post I made several months ago. Obama was elected, because he was electable. After the election, his handlers told him to go party and enjoy life; we will run it from here.
I believe (and said it many months ago), that Yobama will have a staged assassination attempt against himself ... probably during a “red” state visit (so look for any of those this Sept/Oct). Some “redneck” rube will be the fall guy, most likely discovered at the moment the attack was to take place. A firearm will be involved ... that is a given.
This would garner immediate sympathy for himself. The media will instantly blame Conservatives and attempt to shut us up on any and all debate. Anti-2nd Amendment legislation will magically appear in the House that will effectively institute full registration and confiscation of so-called “Assault Weapons” and handguns.
The conservatives in Congress will be neutered not have the courage to oppose anything.
Yobama-care will pass immediately saying that anyone opposing the legislation are part of the “traitorous conspiracy against the President!”
This is how it will go down.
When the house of cards comes tumbling down and the entire world is brought to ruin then we will know.

He has 44 leftist czars, he owns Homeland security, has his own discrete cadre within the SS,
controls the NSA, Has all major TV in his pocket and 1/2 of Fox doing his beck and call,has initiatives in place to shut down conservative talk radio, has conservatives branded as possible terrorist by Homeland Security with a data base of names,has the GPS coordinates of every citizens home through census data with the census run out of the White House,has taken over the major intel functions of the CIA and is running that from the White House while cowing the CIA with prosecutions, has his historical and birth records sealed and cauterized.
Now we may see Obama rule the country through executive orders with the Congress passing laws to cover them after the fact.
We will have conflict, a civil war of institutional proportions at the federal and state levels of government. Obamaphiles within our government institutions will enforce his coming edicts.Patriots will refuse to act, or run interference that may lead to violence.That is the possible war to come.We see glimpses of it from within the CIA.Some states already have conntingency plans to ask federal agencies to leave their state until they are invited to return,
The result will be a declaration of martial law, if Obamaphile government employees have the strength to enforce it. If they do, then we will not have a genuine election for the next 20 years.

Second, something like Reichstag fire works one time, after that too many are hip to the trick. Swine flu was run out this Winter to scare us into being nice and quiet, it was a flop, second run at it will be very suspect.
For myself and likely many more, they try to declare martial law “for any reason” and that’s the spark that lights the fuse and out comes the half a billion guns. America will not go down without a fight, a BIG fight.
Nobama has a lot more to fear from his side that beleives the end justifies the means whole heartedly. Again asking, will any such thing cause you to quietly give up your freedom and guns? Not me!

Look, I've been gently cautioning people about Sept. 12th. We've already witnessed 0bama's people engage in violence at the town halls and even perpetrate it on Dem. offices...hoping to make it look like those radical right-wingers.
They have known we are coming to Washington for nearly a year now. We're going there for a very serious purpose, some I don't think quite understand the gravity of this undertaking. This is not like protesting any other president's administration. Almost every person in the administration has shady connections to communism, marxism, and radical fringe groups.
Please, all concerned, please use extreme caution on Sept. 12th. Beware and be aware! Have an exit strategy for yourself, have an alternative plan, know your surroundings. If you've never been to DC before take the time to orientate yourself to the local streets. It won't be the police etc. you will really need to be concerned with, it will be the 0bama radicals.
I apologize to my fellow Freepers, but I don't trust them in DC. I think there will be a million or more people in DC, it will shake the pillars of the beltway elite. We have set the stage for them to pull a real stinky. If things get crazy look to see Beck arrested for causing an insurrection, Fox News license pulled, even FR.... This administration will not react like a normal administration. 0bama will go into panic mode.

I’ve been wondering why 61% of the physicians say that they will not take the immunizations for themselves or their families. Anyone know just how sick we will get if we take Obama’s H1N1 shots?
But like I predicted, that scenario would kill two birds with one stone: pass this Yobama care garbage (and who knows what other crap), and destroy the 2nd Amendment for ever.
