Kennedy was an absolute sociopath. He was a monster.

Well, Chappaquiddick defines the man for most people. Some Chappaquiddick humor here (1:25 in).

[”And he would ask people, “have you heard any new jokes about Chappaquiddick?” That is just the most amazing thing. It’s not that he didn’t feel remorse about the death of Mary Jo Kopechne, but that he still always saw the other side of everything and the ridiculous side of things, too.”]

Well, Teddy is gone, and say only good of the dead and all that. But what was interesting about this quote was its insight into the childish, hero worshiping mind if a liberal “journalist”, whose reminiscence was actually made in admiration of Kennedy!

To the liberal, all things good come from government, and those who champion their causes are gods. So when the these gods occasionally loosen up after a few drinks and make some asinine remark that reveals a “human” side its a rare treat, not a Barf Alert. I mean, here’s a Kennedy, actually taking a sideways glance downward from Mount Olympus in an unguarded moment. He might as well have said, “you know, I realize that she was somebody’s daughter, and maybe some of the peasantry has a point in displaying a little annoyance now and then.”

What incongruity! And how lucky for this reporter was to be there so he could share this insight with the NPR crowd! I’ll bet he hangs onto this like Monica Lewinski preserving that semen stain on her dress!

Only a sick human being could do what it appears the departed Senator did following the death of Mary Jo Kopechne.

Chappaquiddick jokes?

About him or about her death?

Seriously twisted that he would enjoy such a thing.

O.J. did the same thing. Killers like telling jokes about their victims.

O.J. did the same thing. Killers like telling jokes about their victims.

That's because both OJ and Teddy got away with their crimes and they knew that no matter what they could not be tried a second time because they were found not guilty.

Sorta gives a person a whole boatload of freedom. Well, until they meet the Face of Justice in the great beyond.

Teddy? Seen the flames yet?

Teddy and Mary Jo Kopechne are driving along when Mary Jo says: "Ted, I think I'm pregnant. What should we do about it?" Ted thinks a minute, and then says: "We'll cross that bridge when we come to it."

Q. Why Wasn't Ted Kennedy Elected President? A. Because Oldsmobile 88's Don't Float!

Sick

Ahhhh c'mon Rab, surely it's not 'sick', there must certainly be a reason to extend some respect and courtesy to the late Senator in this matter, we obviously didn't understand his sense of humor eh?

****PING**** to hjhough!!!

Say there HJ old boy, explain this to us and show us how to properly extend the Hough courtesies to ol' Teddy, would you?

"He names his dog Splash.

That says something.

I think that it speaks mainly to the fact that Splash is a Portuguese Water Dog. I really have a hard time believing that a savvy politician like Kennedy would ever make jokes about such a tragic episode in his life. If for no other reason than it would reflect poorly on his public persona with the voters or could become useful campaign ammunition for anyone who wanted to run against him for the senate. The subject of Chappaquiddick would seem to me one that he would go out of his way to avoid.

The fact remains, Kennedy's dog was named Splash. Whether Kennedy named him that or the previous owner named him is not important. The man who was responsible for a woman drowning had a Portuguese water dog named Splash.

“Kennedy won’t think it so funny when he meets his Maker.”

He has and he doesn’t.

Naming his dog Splash is reminiscent of the Kennedy kid who murdered his next door neighbor, a teenage girl, with a golf club. After many years that Kennedy was finally found guilty. Prior to that he always kept a golf club by his desk in the office.

Today’s the day I wish Rush would take the gloves completely off and say what kind of da**ed creature Kenedy really was. He started that a little yesterday, but I hope he really brings the hammer down today.

“Anyone else SICK AND TIRED of this Teddy Kennedy coverage????”

Not much, as I refuse to watch it. The good news is that the stations running the Kennedy crap 24/7 have been losing even more viewers than before they began doing in. Outside of Mass., people do not care about this degenerate.
