That's making an assumption that they have some of those to start with.
If they had them, they'd be running issues by Americans before ramming their agenda down our throats. Instead, they fear us and our reaction, so they cower and pass things they haven't read so no one can object and force them to explain what they are doing. That's a definite sign of not having them. If any of them did ever possess them, they've been neutered by fear of Nancy (destroy and dissolve the CIA and FBI) Pelosi, who tells us ahead of time what will pass and what will not ( SHE appears to be in charge of theirs). We refuse to relinquish ours so (it appears) she will take those of the CIA in retaliation.
