SAN MATEO, Calif. (KCBS) -- The teenager accused of bringing a sword and a chainsaw, along with 10 pipe bombs to his former high school is being charged with the crime as an adult.
San Mateo County Assistant District Attorney Karen Guidotti tells KCBS that 17-year-old Alex Youshock was charged Wednesday. Authorities believe he detonated two pipe bombs at the school on Monday while armed with a chain saw, a sword, and explosives. No one was hurt in incident.
Guidotti says Youshock is being charged as adult because authorities believe the attack was planned in advance with a high level of sophistication.
Youshock is being charged with eight felony counts: two counts of attempted murder, two counts of exploding a destructive device with intent to commit murder, one count of possession of a destructive device in a public place, one count of using explosives in an act of terrorism, and two counts of possession of a deadly weapon.
The charges could land Youshock in prison for the rest of his life if convicted.

Well, good thing hew didn’t have a gun! Whew!
Good. Hopefully he lands a jury with some sense.
Whereas an easily convictable juvenile with mental problems will definitely be out of circulation until at least age 25. He'll reside in a hospital featuring a perimeter fence topped by razor wire.
Good.
All he has to do is claim he’s Muslim, and CAIR would get him off scot-free.
Alex Youshock
Thanks for the photo.
I appreciate it.
