The HC legislation is written so vaguely with so much legalise designed this way so dems can make UP the RULES as they go along.

All the democrats, who are both depraved morally and love power for themselves and their friends, are doing is worse than it seems.
They are destroying the U.S. Constitution and all the liberties and freedoms therein in this legislation and those who will not accept it will be punished.
The judicial and legislative and executive powers of government have destroyed America and are loving it!
I believe they will all suffer in hell for the evil they have and are commiting against the God of Israel and His only begotten Son Jesus Christ. Shall not the Judge of all the earth do right.
The throne of the God of Israel is a throne of justice and judgement, truth and mercy proceed from him.
These politicians who support all this legislation are following the evil angel Lucifer and will suffer the indignation of God in the latter days tribulation.
The Dems are so afraid of "back alley" abortions, but they don't seems to be able to see the entire range of medical care go "back alley."

Are you willing to just hand the reins of power back to the Republican party, which showed since ‘94 that they do not truly believe in limited govt, balanced budgets, freedom, liberty or the “American Way”. I have no doubt that there will be feasibility studies done in the future when the money runs out.
Does anybody have any thoughts on why the Demos want to do this, when it will mean disaster for our country? They can’t all be that stupid.

They would regard enacting government health care and the subsequent electoral defeat as “two steps forward, one step back”. It is the Gramscian strategy, a speed bump in the way of the long march through the institutions.
Their thinking is on the order of generations, not years. They realize that a time will come when no living person will remember the health care debate, at which point dissent on the issue shall be relegated to the dustbin of history, and made into another boring rote memorization exercise by the public schools.
I keep wondering the same thing.

Like Kennedy, when John Kerry was running for office, Kennedy had the state legislature change the MA state constitution to have the people vote for his replacement in a special election, because Mitt Romney was Governor, an R and he could not have him appointing Kerry's replacement. Now he wants to change it back to the Governor appointing his replacement, I guess when he dies, because now there is a D governor. And I guess the Americans (are they?) of MA are OK with this?
