The Vietnam War was a watershed moment in our nation’s history for many reasons, not the least of which was the fact that it birthed well-organized protesters who took to the streets in force — opposing not only the war effort but also the soldiers, Marines, and naval personnel who served in Vietnam. Thanks to Tom Hayden and Jane Fonda’s Students for a Democratic Society (SDS), the often-televised protests were well-orchestrated and demoralizing to many families of those who served and died in Vietnam.

Hardcore Conservatives have been protesting since 9/11, countering the growing onslaught of Leftist lies and their Hate-America festivals. It is now that the masses have been awaken to the threat (by Obama and the Dims) to the threat of these liberal commies (Now that they are in power and are not just protesting and teaching).
As Bob Zimmerman said “The Times They Are a Changing”. Maybe it’s time to appropriate an anthem.
We who protested clinton’s war against our Serbian Christians brothers and sisters in 1999 were the forerunners of the Town Hall protesters today.

I was only around 11-15 or so during the Yugoslav secession wars, but if I had know there were protests I would have gone. I became kind of an expert (reading all I could on the Bosnian war especially, articles, tv, etc..), The Serbs were definately screwed (however we not innocent as they committed atrocities just like the Bosnians, Croats, it’s just that they were “Christians” so they weren’t politically protected by the media, un, usg, eu, that the muslims and croats were (croats are Catholic btw, why they allied with the muslims I’ll never know- must be some cultural rift with the serbs (or more likely the serb minority- who had a republic in croatia) just stopped this natural alliance.
Problem- if we pull out I predict the muslims will start a new war in bosnia- the problem this time, they’ll have picked on BOTH the Serbs and Croats, and be outnumbered (without outside influence); they’ll get their a** kicked!
What are the “Oath takers”? Anyone here know about this?

Oath takers or Oath Keepers?
I guess it’s Oath Keepers. I’ve seen a couple of blog posting mentioning this, but I don’t know a thing about it.

It is a blog and gathering of veterans, active duty, law enforcement, fire fighters....etc that are committed to their oath of service and vow to protect the constitution and citizens of the US and not turn their forces against the citizens... I am a member.
If God forbid violence breaks out in a significant manner how do you see it playing out? What percentage would side with obozo/feds?

speaking hypothetically...(and yes God forbid we ever see another civil war)....
I see it playing out in a couple of ways...
1. Obama Inc. Utilize SEIU, and other groups to do there intimadation at public attacks....those most loyal to the one would become his paramilitary supression squad..
I would consider this a possibility if his true support in the population is around 40%-50%....that being said I think that those who would fight for the maintaining the constitution are far better armed and usual more versed in military tactics.... it would be a quick fight I don’t think the true supporters are the type of folks that have the stomach for a long fight...
Considering His current support and popularity and how many people are seeing that his is nothing but a paper tiger...He wields not true power...and probably most damning is he is appearing more and more incompatent by the day... I can see that he would get any more support then his hard core saul alinsky pals could round up... not much more then a couple dozen precent of the population at most.. not a very long fight they would be over powered quickly....
I have never known man true Americans that feel they should be submisive to their government.
