It is the habit, in this day and age, to confuse the meaning of “constitutional”.
Constitutional should mean it’s in line specifically, without hoop jumping rationalizations, with what the Constitution actually says and explicitly means.
What it is made to mean is it’s in compliance with a whole slew of judicial findings, many of which are outright contra-constitutional to begin with by activist judges with no concept of either honor or integrity, who took their oaths as words that mean nothing.
So, whenever a leftardic piece of crap says “it’s constitutional”, what that degenerate scumbag means is that has been twisted, morphed and perverted into something that the thumb suckers and knee crawlers will accept as seeming, possibly, constitutional.
