I keep saying, we have done what we can. Our troops have done wonders over there. Time to turn the whole thing over to them and get out. I mean bring them home, not send them to Afgahnistan.

I haven’t heard of bicycle bombs since the Saigon blasts of 1964-74.

Yes, they’ve been going on (pakistan, thailand), but I don’t recall that happening in Iraq.

I could be wrong.

Anyway, posted here for archival purposes.

Thanks for your feedback RC2.

I respectively disagree with you.

The jihad is global and most of the jihad is not in the U.S.A. in my opinion. I prefer the troops to fight the jihadis in foreign lands to prevent them from coming here.

That’s what I’m afraid of. If this is the attitude of people then when your son, daughter, grandson, grandaughter is born, sign them up for the military. I’m not willing to do that. I don’t want our kids to live their whole lives in another country fighting these people. End it ......one way or another.

"If this is the attitude of people.."

Don’t bark at the good guys. It’s the attitude of the bad guys that necessitate unending vigilance.
