Swine Flu Jab Link to Killer Nerve Disease..
MailOnline ^ | Aug. 15, 2009 | Jo MacFarlane

Posted on 08/15/2009 5:33:08 PM PDT by givemELL

A warning that the new swine flu jab is linked to a deadly nerve disease has been sent by the Government to senior neurologists in a confidential letter.

The letter from the Health Protection Agency, the official body that oversees public health, has been leaked to The Mail on Sunday, leading to demands to know why the information has not been given to the public before the vaccination of millions of people, including children, begins.

It tells the neurologists that they must be alert for an increase in a brain disorder called Guillain-Barre Syndrome (GBS), which could be triggered by the vaccine.

GBS attacks the lining of the nerves, causing paralysis and inability to breathe, and can be fatal.

The letter, sent to about 600 neurologists on July 29, is the first sign that there is concern at the highest levels that the vaccine itself could cause serious complications.

Also, the article refers to squalene, included as an included adjuvant in the Swine Flu vaccine the US has contracted with, is a sensitizer for autoimmune diseases, increased heavy metal sensitization (do not break one of those mercury filled CFL lightbulbs), and neurological diseases. Do a search of squalene in vaccinations. Govt. is testing the Swine Flu vaccine without the squalene adjuvant present in the tests according to some reports.

No doubt vaccinations of all sorts carry with them some degree of risk, but so do the diseases against which they are targeted.

Influenza vaccine is known to be a rare cause of GBS. It has nothing to do with a vaccine for Swine Flu in particular. However, an increase in influenza vaccine-associated GBS may occur with the use of a vaccine for this strain if more people receive this specific vaccine than normally are immunized against influenza.

Mass media rarely gives accurate medical information.

No you are not. DO NOT TAKE THIS SHOT, OR ANYTHING THAT THE GOVERNMENT IS PUSHING. I believe it is part of the Population control, they want and trying for in the Obamacare. This is just round 2 of their series of prevenative health care. The government wouldn't do anything to hurt us would they??????

My father died from this Gullain Barre disease after taking the first series way back. It was a horrible death. Paralysed his whole body SLOWLY from the feet upward until he could not breath, and finally his heart muscles. HORRIBLE.

When I told a nurse months after this happened, she told me she would NEVER allow any of her family members to take these shots. NEVER.

It refers to the use of a similar swine flu vaccine in the United States in 1976 when:

* More people died from the vaccination than from swine flu.
* 500 cases of GBS were detected.
* The vaccine may have increased the risk of contracting GBS by eight times.
* The vaccine was withdrawn after just ten weeks when the link with GBS became clear.
* The US Government was forced to pay out millions of dollars to those affected.

More accurate characterization would be: it was US taxpayers that were forced to pay for the US Government corruption by the pharmaceutical industry.

In this case, I think the cure (the vaccine) may be worse than the illness (swine flu.)

I really don’t think I will get the shot this year. It’s been thrown together hastily, not tested properly, and has harmful additives.

You have to remember that when a vaccine stops an epidemic in its tracks vast numbers of people are never infected.

You are simply looking at the results of an effective use of a vaccine to stop an epidemice and then misusing the statistics to justify something akin to shamanistic beliefs.

Hundreds of millions of birds who had bird flu or who were potential vectors for bird flu were slaughtered and burned.

That was just to minimize the possibility of bird-human crossover and keep you safe.

Back during the first go round of the Swine Flu vacinations, my aunt ‘had’ to receive one (as she worked in a local hospital). She immediately didn’t feel well after receiving the shot; got sent home from work early; rode the bus home; told my uncle/cousins she wasn’t feeling well. She went to bed; was groggy the next morning when my uncle left for work; when my cousins arrived home from high school, they found their mom dead...still in bed.

Her ‘cause of death’ was eventually ruled as GBS. She was (at most) in her early 50s; mother of four. Always a strong, healthy woman. Til she took that damn shot.

And I know this is anecdotal, but since I believe all families carry somewhat similar genetics...NO ONE in my family will take this blasted vaccine.

I got a swine flu shot in the 70's - before they pulled the vaccine for complications. I didn't have a problem with it and either did anyone I knew... That said you need to talk to your doctor - he'll know if you're in a high risk category and if you "must" get the shot...

A few years ago there was a flu vaccine shortage - my doctor asked if I would be willing to do without a shot so he could give what he had to people in high risk categories... I said 'sure' and was just fine.

Check with your doctor.

He died in 1982, was in the hospital for pneumonia about 2 month prior to his death in Oct. This Gullain Barre acted very quickly, but the suffering was horrible for him and for us to watch. He took no other vaccine.

I am not sure just when he took the flu shot that year, but this was the result of that.

This upset me so bad, that I talked with some medical people who confirmed the disease was from that flu shot. The government knew what was happening at that time and still promoted the use of it and still do.

This new flu shot is just round 2 of the program and I have to believe is even more potent as it is designed for this H1N1 flu, (man made flu in my opinion), there have been articles out on this theory as well. You have to put two and two together.

I firmly believe that the government wants to control the population and OLD people are in the way, as Social Security and Medicare are in trouble financially. There is no way they can financially sustain the growth of the elder people with the present failed system now. Not enough young people to work and pay taxes and to many on welfare that are a drain on the economy.

Now combine all this with the O care plan of letting the old and handicapped people just die and if they don't, give them the flu shot. People will believe anything the government tells them, I DON'T and WON'T.

Take what I am telling you for what it is worth, just study up and make your decision based on what the article says and what I am telling you. I witnessed it first hand.

Wasn’t there an increase in GBS associated with the swine flu outbreak in the late 70s, early 80s?

When I worked on the rehab. unit we would get in GBS patients. Its a weird syndrome...some people would become totally parlayed some only partially. We had one patient that come to us and had been on a ventilator for quite a while, while another one was only paralyzed from the ankles down...Usually it developed after a mild case of the flu...no vaccines were involved. That was back in the late 80’s...You can recover, but may have residual effects.

Been out of hospital work for a long time, don't know much about the vaccine and GBS. I wouldn't take any vaccine for the flu..I'll take my chances without it...

There was an increase in GBS following a vaccination program for a different strain of swine flu that occurred in 1976. However, there’s no evidence to suggest that the increase in GBS was due to the swine antigens themselves. It’s been suggested that contamination of the vaccine was the culprit. There’s a study of influenza vaccine-associated GBS that was performed several years ago that showed a statistically significant difference in the rates of GBS following vaccination among lots produced by different manufacturers.

My husband and I take a flu shot every fall and have for quite a few years. I don't remember if we were taking it ‘82 or if we started after that. I am leery of the H1N1 flu shot that hasn't come out yet just because of the peculiar way in which this flu started in Mexico. Now with nObama and his death club for the elderly it makes me even more leery of it.

I met someone a long time ago who had recovered from the Guillain-Barre Syndrome. Since she was also a person who had apparently abused prescription medication to a great extent, wondered if that was related.

My understanding is that GBS only afflicted a few hundred out of millions of people who took the first shot, over thirty years ago. I would expect that vaccine development technology has progressed quite a bit since then. And it is in fact a good thing that doctors will be on the lookout for GBS.

“My husband and I take a flu shot every fall and have for quite a few years.”

My husband is blind due to a flu shot he took in 1991 prior to when I met him. The viral particles attached to his platelets, antibodies destroyed the platelets along with the viral particles, platelet count dropped so far that he bled EVERYWHERE including inside the eyeballs, had his spleen removed to stop the meltdown of platelets. Everything stopped bleeding then, but the total eye damage had been completed with the retina destroyed. I’m an RN and refuse any flu shot and always have. Because of what I know, I have become a medical minimalist. Healthcare can kill you! He has to write ‘allergic to flu shots’ on a medical form... er, that is, I have to write it since he can’t see the form!

They make it sound as if there have been 25 RECENT deaths from Swine Flu vaccine in the US. All this article is saying is that Guillian Barre Syndrome and 25 deaths occurred from the vaccine 33 years ago in the US, and that Neurologists in the UK have a concern it may happen again.

However, being that the vaccine has not been tested, that would be my concern. It’s a moot point for myself, as I can’t have a live virus vaccine, but I would be hesitant to get it based on that, especially since the current strain doesn’t seem to have a higher than normal death rate than with seasonal flu infection.

As for GBS, I have a friend who got a mild case of it from a PPD (TB test), so it is possible to get it from any vaccine as far as I know, although that is a very rare happening. And, the vaccine technology we have today is far more advanced than 33 years ago.

However, for the last few (4 or 5) years, I've been getting flu vaccinations every year. The Army requires it. If it were up to me, I wouldn't bother.

My mother got this disease from the 1976 flu vaccine. She was hospitalized and had many months of physical therapy and was finally able to do a shuffling walk with a paralized right leg.

She was told that she had had an allergic reaction to the eggs in the flu vaccine. It was only later that she got the Gullian-Barre diagnosis. She died three years ago at age 87 (Bless Her Soul).

Since you are an RN, what do you think of diabetics not taking the flu shot? I have one every year and don’t get sick. I rarely get a cold.

However, as a diabetic, I really don’t want to be sick for two weeks. Plus, I teach grad classes that would be completely effed up if I were absent for that length of time. So, I get the shot and so far all is well, but, I have been re-thinking my meds, have gotten off of some and wonder if this is another one to avoid. As a Type 2 diabetic, would I be sicker than someone who wasn’t diabetic if I got the flu? Thanks.

So sorry your mother had to go through this as well, a few did make it through that disease, but oh the misery they went through. So sad.

As the article stated this is a guinea pig test, or they are just out and out trying to remove as many people as possible. I have always thought we were in a perpetual test of some sort or another, each one lasting 10 years.

Can't eat salt, can't drink coffee, can't do this, can't do that. 10 years later, OOOPS they were wrong and yes we can. Don't cost them nothing for the experiment and may have caused a lot of people a lot of misery and even cancer. One day they will find out that it is the mammogram test that give a woman cancer, too much pressure. That last remark is in sarcasm, I don't take tests, I don't trust no one but the Lord for my health and I am 70 yrs old, never been sick, never go to the Dr., my Lord has a plan.

Good morning Blam.

There's "diversity", and then there's "diversity". Let's see now ~ I worked for many years in a large building in downtown DC. There were always about 3,000 employees, but over time I came to know virtually everyone who couldn't get a tan ~ not "didn't get a tan", but "couldn't get" ~ because we all ate lunch indoors, frequently together (and never on the large plaza outside) and restricted ourselves to office jobs, etc.

Among that circle of friends and associates at work a lady of Scandinavian ancestry died of a fast growing tumor. Knew her well. Gentleman of Scandinavian ancestry died of a fast growing tumor ~ his grandmother was from far Northern Norway and she too had died from a similar tumor. Another gentleman of Scandinavian ancestry died of a fast growing tumor, and yet another gentleman of Scandinavian ancestry died of a fast growing tumor.

All of them died in their 40s.

A similar social group in a different part of the building suffered a similar problem with sceleric inflamation. Then, there was another fellow who managed to die of both ~ his family had a Finnish name but Swedish appearance (yeah, I know, there are people who say they all look alike ~ really alike ~ but they don't ~ not to me and probably not to you). His surname even meant "reindeer".

I eventually tracked this back to a possibly common cause ~ one of the three "intermittent Scandinavian porphyria" genes I've discussed before.

One of the problems with these particular porphyrias is the constant, chronic loss of about half your liver's production of heme just because it's twisted the wrong direction molecularly ~ you really have to increase your iron intake to avoid that one and the pernicious anemia which can accompany it.

This gets you down to folks who don't tan well, may be seriously anemic, and who might well die of a fast growing brain tumor in a very short period of time ~ plus, there's the square heart, ability to swim (and survive) in cold Arctic waters, see well in the dark over vast distances while at the same time getting by on a high fat and protein diet that'd kill the average human being.

These things are also true among many of the Yakut/Sakha people far to the East in Siberia (except they tan), as do their cousins the Eskimo.

Given the fact the same Northern Scandinavian populations with these "diversity" elements live in the nesting grounds of a wide variety of migratory waterfowl, I kind of wonder if they've all developed a natural immunity to influenza (as they have to cholera, black death, etc.). Frankly, I've never had the flu ~ just the colds and such that seem to accompany it.
