This is just a partial bit of info from the PGR site, I thought I would pass along:
Their request is for the PGR to participate in the public procession by Standing at Cecil Field as the procession passes by. NAS Cecil Field was the Naval Base that Scott was assigned to during his last tour of duty. In the time that we have been waiting for Scott to return Home, one of the streets was renamed in his Honor, Speicher Dr.. There was also a monument and tree planted in his Honor among 13 pilots from the Vietnam War and fellow F-18 pilot LT Robert J. Dwyer who have all called NAS Cecil Field Home and have paid the ultimate sacrifice for our Freedom.
