Returning home from NY(JFK), after my class reunion,we were stuck on the runway for over 4 hours.There were thunderstorms up and down the East Coast. No way to get off the plane on the runway.
Jet Blue sent me an apology, a few days later, and reimbursed the fare for that flight.
