A former State Department employee has become the fifth person charged witih illegally accessing the confidential passport information of elected officials and celebrities.
Karal Busch has been charged with the unauthorized access of passport files related to "various celebrities and their families, actors, professional athletes, musicians, models and other individuals identified in the press," court documents filed in the District's federal court said. No attorney information for Busch was listed in court records.

Well, we know that we are ruled by criminals who consider themselves above the law, and which experience tells us are, in fact, above the law; a prime example: John Murtha, who has been protected by the courts from slander charges, and who has NOT been tried for Treason.

This article fails to mention that a witness in this case (another peeker?) was found shot to death in his car parked in front of a Baptist church in DC the day before he was supposed to testify.
A glaring omission, I’d say.

I am convinced that Barry entered Occi as Barry Soetoro or Barry Sutoro, and as an Indoensian or dual citizen with Indonesain citizenship used to aid his educational pathway. His mother was still elgally married to Lolo Soetoro in August 1979 when Barry entered and she didn't sue for and get her divorce until 1980, and in her divorce pleadings named two children Lolo was legally responsible for, one a minor (Maya) and one over eighteen needing educational support funds. It is therefore likely that Barry held an Indonesian passport in 1979 and beyond, and used that to travel to Pakistan, Indonesia and wherever. Until wee see evidence that he changed his name legally to Barack Obama, he is still Barry Soetoro or Barry Sutoro. No wonder the lying affirmative action bastard uses threat, extortion, and intimidation to keep media from digging into his history, he's probably not even an exclusive U.S. citizen! Not only would disclosure of the truth about this wicked bastard destroy his carefully constructed facade fabricated through 'Dreams From My Father', it would expose him as the criminal democrat he is!

Use a little logic. Stanley Ann pleaded in 1980 that Lolo was legally responsible for Barry still. That would mean that he was still Barry Soetoro, adopted son of Lolo Soetoro when he left Indonesia on an Indonesian passport to travel back to be raised by his grandparents, the Dunhams. His legal name (since he was adopted by Lolo in Hawaii before moving the family to Indonesia) was Barry Soetoro when entering Hawaiian schools and remained legally Soetoro until at least 1980 when his mother made legal pleading that Lolo was rerpsonsible for him financially.
Read the details. This sounds like a front for a wife swapping club. I wouldn't put it past them to pull such a scam.
Makes sense to me, but does anyone know for sure? A long time ago I read some articles about his time at Punahou, friends he hung around (main one is drug addicted and in jail) etc. I don’t remember the source of the articles, although some of them ran in a series in the Chicago papers, I think. I just can’t remember what they called him then because they’ve used his names interchangeably and I don’t have access to the articles right now.
There seems to be a yearbook photo of him on a BBall team. Is his name in the caption? What do the Nordyke twins call him?

The purpose of this part of the inquiry is to figure out where Stanley Ann was located and when. The Polk directory assembles data, in those days from telephone listings, utility listings and the like. So in order to tell what the directory really represents you have to know when they got the data.
It looks to me as though there is a fair amount of documentation that placed her in an apartment in Seattle in 1962.
Question is when she got there--it may have been as early as October, 1961. It would be nice to see hard data on that issue.

"Obama’s top terrorism and intelligence adviser, John O. Brennan, heads a firm that was cited in March for breaching sensitive files in the State Department’s passport office, according to a State Department Inspector General’s report released this past July.
The security breach, first reported by the Washington Times and later confirmed by State Department spokesman Sean McCormack, involved a contract employee of Brennan’s firm, The Analysis Corp., which has earned millions of dollars providing intelligence-related consulting services to federal agencies and private companies.
During a State Department briefing on March 21, 2008, McCormack confirmed that the contractor had accessed the passport files of presidential candidates Barack Obama, Hillary Rodham Clinton, and John McCain, and that the inspector general had launched an investigation.
Sources who tracked the investigation tell Newsmax that the main target of the breach was the Obama passport file, and that the contractor accessed the file in order to “cauterize” the records of potentially embarrassing information.
“They looked at the McCain and Clinton files as well to create confusion,” one knowledgeable source told Newsmax. “But this was basically an attempt to cauterize the Obama file.”
This may just be legal language, covering all the bases. But it may also be a red herring, widening the inquiry to take attention off the essential crime: access to Obama's passport records in order to destroy the evidence.
The perp who was shot was an Obama stooge, and I would guess was probably shot because they didn't trust him not to talk, and he knew too much about what sort of passports Obama had, before they were shredded and burned.
Is it known whether Quarles worked for the firm doing the breach? Or was he a contactee for the data being used to generate accounts for the deposit of campaign funds from illicit donors? Or was he a contactee for passport data used to generate fake credit accounts? ... Do we know if he worked in the State department? Also, Busch may be an Israeli connection.
I wonder how many people will hear “Bush” and assume Bush. Too many.
But as a proud Freeper I will agree this breach was BUSCH’S fault. LOL!

I gather from the Wash Times article on his death that Quarles was working for a “contractor for the Department of State” and that he was working with someone who was a member of the Department of State. And I have read elsewhere, some time ago, that these players were apparently people with Obama connections, who looked at the clinton and McCain files probably for cover—or perhaps for different reasons, hoping to find some sort of dirt. That’s about all I know, and of course it’s not nailed down.
Public official passport files should be available to the public.
They'll get jobs at major US universities making several hundred thousands of dollars a year, just like Anita Hill.
I just know that freepers are eventually going to crack this case.
