Except that Rummy was wrong on Iraq and Graham was right. Rummy was brilliant on the war originally but totally screwed up the occupation. The success of the surge proved that.
One of the things that really pissed me off was Rumsfeld's resignation the day after the election in '06.
Had Bush demanded his resignation sooner the election may have gone much better.

I think you might want to note McCain votes much more conservatively than the others on your list.
