Obama has no reason NOT to provide proof that he is a natural born citizen. The only reason he hasn't is because he ISN'T.

The COLB is not proof positive, and I am dubious about the testimony of the state official who claims to have seen the” original.” But evidence is need to rebut that claim. So far only the Kenyan birth certificate has been offered. So far it’s truth has not been substantiated.

Only Obama does. He has to prove he meets the requirement that he is a natural born citizen. The burden of proof is his, not mine.
There is sufficient evidence and testimony (by his own grandmother in fact) that he was born in Kenya. Again, it is not I that must meet the burden of proof. It is Obama that must prove that he meets the requirements demanded by the Office.
The FACT that Obama refuses to provide this proof, and has spent considerable sums trying to thwart attempts to force him to do so, only add to the evidence that he does not have this proof, that he does not meet the jobs requirements.
You CANNOT say Obama was born in the USA without the means to prove he was.
I cannot prove he was born in Kenya.

No, Obama does not have to prove a thing. The election law does not clearly demand that a presidential candidate verify that he is a natural born citizens, and in any case, the courts have chosen to protect him from challenges. When someone gets a court willing to decide the matter, then he will have to produce more than prima facie evidence.
Anyways, I voted yes a few extra times to correct your mistake.
You just can’t answer no without definitive proof Obama was born in the USA, and was not the legal son of a Kenyan national at the time.
And because other vital information concerning Obama’s legal citizenship has been sealed by Obama, his adoption and legal citizenship status by an Indonesian national, for instance, plus the circumstances in which he was enrolled in a US college which have been sealed gives further weight against any other answer besides yes.

Nonsense. The constitution CLEARLY requires that the POYUS be a nateral born citizen.
Because there is reasonable doubt, Obama MUST provide proof when challanged to do so.
The courts cannot overrule the constitution. There job is to enforce it only.
If a judge is attempting to use his bench in a conspiracy to place a Usurper in the WH, then he'll have to answer inpeachment and all other relevant charges.
You forget that the election laws determine eligibility, and as Ambassador Keyes found out, it is hard to force the issue. The problem is that no previous presdential candidates has every had so murky a relationship to this country. Only a court can clear this up, and good luck finding one that dares to examine this issue closely.

How the heck are we supposed to know where zer0 was born? We’ve never seen his birth certificate, and the man (? — some say evil minion of the Morningstar) lies like a rug. We know nothing about him, and there are tapes and videos of his saying opposite things on the same of many, many subjects.
