They are also calling for their troops to show up at the health care meetings and outnumber any protesters: President Obama's political outfit, Organizing for America, is now trying to entice supporters to show up at health care events in order to make sure tea party protesters are outnumbered..

Question for the forum:

What is covered under the “Civilian Security Force” concept that is to be just as “well funded” and well equipped as the military? Will they have weapons, uniforms, helmets and kits? Will they have tanks? Will they have an air corps, signal corps, special warfare?
