Doesn’t appear to be any major earthquake activity on the world map, at least influencing southern Oregon. An earthquake doesn't necessarily need to be near a location for it to cause a tsunami there. Tsunamis can travel clear across oceans.

Yes, but there didn’t seem to be any action near Hawaii, or in the western Pacific.
