That’s an easy shot to take but it’s profiling in the most insidious way.
Without fathers in many households, little boys are cast adrift to find themselves in a female dominated world. Even with the best of intentions, women are not, by nature, suited for raising a boy to be a man.
If you will read “Wild At Heart”, by John Eldridge, it will explain where I’m coming from. Masculine role models in the lower grades of school is woefully lacking. To those who do not know that boys and girls are different, they are. For teachers to structure all learning around all feminine skills and behaviors is to do a lifetime disservice to boys. I could go on yada, yada, yada,.............
