I don't like being called a “crank” for demanding that our government abide by the Constitution,...and...I really don't like it when you use a KKK reference to make your point about those supporting the Constiutiton and presidential eligibility.

My brother is a municipal judge. He says cops stop people for the way they are driving and because their cars are in bad shape. Lots of these types are “minorities.”
Is it the police who are not abiding by the Constitution? What about the punks who have no respect for the law, until they get into court. Not many of them have the nerve to confront a judge the way they do policemen. By that time they have lawyered up and learned to keep their mouths shut.

Ann is absolutely correct. So-Called “Racial Profiling” is a myth designed to divert attention from the shocking levels of violent crime committed by minorities every day. Here’s proof: the next time you are driving on the freeway, pick a car that is far enough ahead of you that you cannot read the license plate. This is the typical distance that a cop is following when he makes a decision to pull the car over for speeding, missing lights, weaving in traffic, etc. Now, try to guess the ethnicity of the driver. Odds are you can’t even guess the sex of the driver. The plain fact of the matter is that more minorities are pulled over because minorities live in high crime areas. Duhhhh.
