I think you’re right. Hopeful that the Walpin lawsuit will be a sharper tool to get at the truth than the political process is likely to be.

I selected the paragraph I posted from further down, because I thought it was a well-made point. You’re right, the article itself is more about the political fallout and matched the headline more closely.
