SAN FRANCISCO --
A former official at a San Francisco charity has pleaded guilty in federal court to stealing more than $132,000 over three years.
Jason Ramon Sanders, 38, of San Francisco, will be sentenced Aug. 26 for stealing $132,600 from the Tides Foundation from 2005 to 2008.
Sanders, who was a philanthropic adviser for the foundation, pleaded guilty March 25 before U.S. District Judge Charles Breyer in San Francisco to a count of theft within the special maritime and territorial jurisdiction of the United States, because the charity is in the Presidio.

My guess for the sentence? 6 months, suspended due to no priors.
IIRC.. Ta-rheez-ah Kerry was in on this... (Lurch too)
Tides is still around and all the usual suspects linger... except for the ones headed to or in the pokey.
Hopefully they will find room for a few more..
He has a Clinton Judge, we’ll see .. what’s $132K these days? 8-]

So what, everybody IN the Tides Foundation and contributes to it is a liar, a thief and a traitor.
Yep. Big funders of CodePink and various other sedition.
Yeah, what's a little theft among Marxist friends with an agenda to destroy this country?
Too bad he didn’t steal more!
I have read this about five times and cannot make any sense of it. Does the Presidio have some kind of special status separate from the city of San Francisco or the state of California? Is the Tides Foundation hq'ed on a barge in the Bay? What? I wonder who blew the whistle on him? Maybe he uttered some non-leftwing opinions.
How have you been? Miss chatting with you! I pinged you to a bunch of Frank McCourt obit threads -- maybe he wasn't your cup of tea....
I suffered severe internet withdrawal when my cable service took four weeks to solve the problem of my connection. Here’s hoping that the problem has been solved now.
I saw some comments about Frank McCourt, and knew that you really enjoyed his writing. Me, not so much, as I felt that he revelled in negativity. We can talk about it sometime.
Thanks for the link about the Presidio.
