Editors Note: In December ‘08 a retired CIA officer commissioned an investigator to look into the Barack Obama birth certificate and eligibility issue. On July 21, 2009 westernjournalism.com obtained a copy of the investigator’s report. Here is an unedited version of the report.
The Territorial Public Health Statistics Act in the 1955 Revised Laws of Hawaii
I think that I now understand the legal background to the question of where Obama was born.
Let’s begin with the statement that Dr. Chiyome Fukino, the Director of the Hawaii Department of Health released on October 31, 2008. The television and print media used this statement as a reason to prevent and treat with contempt any investigation into whether Barack Obama was not born in Hawaii. But the language of the statement was so carefully hedged and guarded that it should have had the opposite effect.
“There have been numerous requests for Sen. Barack Hussein Obama’s official birth certificate. State law (Hawai‘i Revised Statutes §338-18) prohibits the release of a certified birth certificate to persons who do not have a tangible interest in the vital record. Therefore, I as Director of Health for the State of Hawai‘i, along with the Registrar of Vital Statistics who has statutory authority to oversee and maintain these type of vital records, have personally seen and verified that the Hawai‘i State Department of Health has Sen. Obama’s original birth certificate on record in accordance with state policies and procedures.”
It is understandable that after such an apparently definitive statement most news outlets, whether conservative or liberal, would accept this as sufficient grounds to relegate the controversy to the status of a fringe phenomenon. Unless they happened to take the trouble to look into the “state policies and procedures” as laid down by the relevant statutes. If they had done so, they would have seen that Dr. Fukino’s press release was carefully hedged and “lawyered” and practically worthless. But the media in general should not be faulted. The statement seems to roll out with such bureaucratic certainty and final authority. I believed it to be significant until a Honolulu attorney mailed me the relevant statutes. I was so surprised that I laughed out loud.
With this marxist, that’s the
last adjective I’d use.
Maybe we could get Dan Quale to weigh-in and say that 0bama is not a natural born citizen. That would really send the MSM into a tizzy. Talk about a hot potatoe!
OK eyes are glossing over on this subject. I do not care if the original was destroyed (DOUBTFUL); Mr. OBAMA must have submitted a “RAISED SEAL” copy to many of the institutions and or passport agencies or other official entities that requires such documentation. If Obama had a passport from a Country other than the US, such as Indonesia, Kenya or whatever, they have DIFFERENT PRIVACY LAWS than the US. Someone should ask whatever country it is they think Obama had obtained an official passport for the submitted documentation.

Lt Quarles Harris was ALLEDGEDLY involved in a credit card scam, reaping passport information from the State Dept. with the help of an insider, yet to be identified. The scam may have been a ruse (UNKNOWN to Harris) to provide cover for the PRIMARY mission of breaching Obama’s passport, specifically, so that an actor could cauterize said records. If so, breaching Clinton's and McCain's records provided additional (cover up) insurance. This has CIA (type) craftsmanship written all over it.
Harris may have been in it up to his eyeballs, and the credit card scam was a side job opportunity for a greedy and stupid Harris, or, Harris was unwittingly led into the role he had, so he could be used unwittingly as the fall guy, or, Harris pissed somebody off for any number of unrelated reasons and got a bullet, or, a bad actor happened on Harris in the mean streets of DC, or, it's all just a coincidinky.
I'd like to hear the talk that's got to be going on in the greater DC detective's locker rooms right about now. ;o)

As if we the people don’t have a tangible interest?
‘On record’ is the buzz words alright. Jumped out at me on first read.
That is, the words “original birth certificate on record in accordance with state policies and procedures” doesn’t mean they have a paper document or had one at the time the statement was made. They think of the electronic “record” they have now as being the legal equivalent of the “original birth certificate.” And they may or may not have verified the information on the COLB Obama posted on the Web. They don’t actually say they did so.
‘are’ the buzz words.
I loathe this cretin’s character and

Combination of the primer, this investigation and Polarik work should be sent to any person who even questions the validity of the BC.
Most are getting their information from the MSM.
The one, two, three punch of these certainly refutes everything MSM and OB has put out there.

If there was a single shred of credible evidence that he wasn’t born in the United States, I’d be screaming. But there isn’t. Nothing produced or alleged so far has been anything but a rumor. And what he produced is a legal document. If it’s a forgery, someone has to see the copy he produced and then prove it.
The likelihood that she even WENT to Kenya is low, anyway. There’s no proof. Imagine traveling around the world in 1961 from the West Coast to Kenya. It would take days, not hours, to do that in those days. And with a newborn? What? She smuggled him in? Please!! It’s absurd when you really think about it.
And then there’s the birth announcements in two newspapers. Puhleeze!
After reading, I bet that OdumbO has a BC2, BC3 or BC4 and that is what he is hiding.
