Some Muslims have refused to use alcohol-based hand gels to combat the spread of swine flu because they claim it is against their religion.
Some of those employed by St Albans Council in Hertfordshire have complained about the antibacterial lotion, which is considered a key strategy in containing the virus.
Officials were concerned because the Koran bans Muslims from consuming alcohol, so council chiefs issued them with non-alcohol hand gels, which studies have shown to be less effective

Ok muslims, stop using various poison antidotes, deodorants, perfumes, paints, tinctures, auto fuel, household vinegar, flavorings, and colorants. And don’t forget the other gazillion everyday products where alcohol is an essential feedstock. In short, go back to the 7th century where you belong and don’t endanger other sensible human beings.

No diet sodas or many packaged food products, as they may contain sweeteners or ingredients derived from alcohol.
Also - no driving, as most gas is 10% alchol!

I say withhold ALL preventative measures from Muslims who refuse common treatments.

I’m actually an American living over here and watching this shit unfold in real-time and it sucks! I asked about when the crap is gonna hit America kind of tounge-in-cheek because in just 6 short months we’re already well on the way to becoming just like Britain! I used to taunt my two conservative friends over here about horrible Britain was becoming and I’ve had to keep my mouth shut since January 21st...they’re taunting me now! ;-)
