Bond set for man with 28 deportations

DOTHAN, Ala. — An Alabama judge set a $20,000 cash bond for a native of Mexico who reportedly has been deported from the United States 28 times. Houston County Sheriff's Sgt. Jackie Smith said he charged Luis Hernandez-Arellano, 38, with felony obstruction of justice...for giving deputies false identification. Smith said deputies stopped a vehicle on Alabama Highway 109 Thursday for running a stop sign. The driver told deputies his name was Caesar Garza. After Garza failed to provide a driver's license or other identification, deputies were able to positively identify him as Carlos Cortez. Investigators later learned through Immigration and Customs Enforcement that Cortez is actually Luis Hernandez-Arellano.

Returning after deportation is, in and of itself, a felony. Wonder if he is related the the drug-trafficking Arellanos?

Alabama police should make it a little more difficult for this clown to WALK across the border next time. A .38 in each kneecap could do wonders!!

Generally, I support self-deportation, by removing all the benefits of living in America (work, school, welfare), but in a case so egregious as this one, an extended prison sentence is in order.

Really, if you’ve been served deportation papers three times, and you’re still here, maybe ten years in the slam will drive the message into your rock head.

I used to work with an agent who told me he'd caught the same person three times... in one 12 hour shift.

He was catching him on a train. They'd do an expedited removal, and the next train that came through, there he was again.

Does Alabama still have chain gangs?

If not, farm the SOB out to Sherrif Joe in Srizona for several years.

>>> The driver told deputies his name was Caesar Garza.... deputies were able to positively identify him as Carlos Cortez.... Cortez is actually Luis Hernandez-Arellano. <<<<

This is what’s going to happen in Step 3 or Zer0’s Program To Destroy Amwrica.

25 million++ illegals aliens to be given new American visas and new identity documents, and because there will be NO BACKGROUND CHECKS WHATSOEVER every single one of them will have the chance to create a new identity as Caesar Garza/Carlos Cortez/Luis Hernandez-Arellano.

By the way like the 2007 “Z visa” there will be no restriction to Hispanic “undocumented immigrants.” Anyone of any stated nationality and any unknown (and unknowable) background will be able to get an American identity, so long as they don’t have any fingerprints registered in the USA (elsewhere is OK since there will be no home country identity verification whatsoever... who has the time and $$$ for that!?).

Anyway, once this is all done we’ll get to pay for the health insurance of those 25 million+++ new residents with official American ID and visa.

And that is the whole point of “heath care reform.”

To make someone (us) pay for the care and feeding of the illegals.

Give the guy something to knock him out, insert a chip in his cheek, then track him as he reenters.

Simple enough. People are doing this for their pets, why not to track repeat felons who are waging war on this country!

I just interviewed a Mexican-American (in Alabama) that is looking for a job because he is constantly harassed and called "Pocho" at his current job by illegals that hate him because he was born in Texas and speaks fluent English and Spanish.

It’s a good thing I’m not in charge of these sort of things, I’d stick him on an Aleutian Island with a plastic fork and a box of matches.

I kinda figured it was somewhere along the border. By “where” I was wondering about an approximate location. The Texas border, alone, is more than a thousand miles long, and there is a big difference between crossing at, say, Fabens, or crossing at Brownsville.

Hahahahahaha! It'd be quicker to say where he couldn't cross. Remember, 1 in 10 people in the US are illegal. It isn't that hard to get in.

28 times....that’s a lot of US taxpayer dollars on one foreign criminal.

Here’s another from NAFBPO today:

Kidnappers arrested south of Donna

DONNA – U.S. Border Patrol agents thwarted an apparent kidnapping in progress Thursday night during a traffic stop south of the city.

Pulling over a vehicle they suspected to be hauling a load of illegal immigrants, they instead found a man tied up in the backseat, Hidalgo County Sheriff Lupe Treviño said.

The two alleged abductors immediately fled into a cane field near the intersection of Farm-to-Market Road 493 and Military Highway, prompting a five-hour manhunt before both were placed into custody.

“We still have our victim here,” the sheriff said. “We’re trying to talk to him and figure out what to do.”

The alleged victim told sheriff’s deputies that he had been sent to the United States to set up a crew of men to smuggle drugs into the country, the sheriff said.

Investigators believe that when he failed in his mission, the two kidnappers illegally crossed the border planning to kidnap him and bring him back to Mexico to answer to their bosses. (and become another corpse along some roadway or street-af)

The names of the alleged kidnappers had not been released as of Friday morning. Both men remain in the custody of the Hidalgo County Sheriff’s Office pending the filing of formal charges.

Their purported victim – an illegal immigrant — also remains in custody, while sheriff’s deputies decide what to do with him until his captors can be brought to trial.

“Do we keep him here in the U.S. and let him run loose knowing he’s a crook?” Treviño said. “Or can (U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement) keep him in custody with us until it goes to trial?”

I’ve heard this so many times, sadly. Good Mexican American families are the ones who will suffer the brunt of this invasion.
