Glenn Beck reports that an animal-rights fanatic is on track to become President Obama’s regulatory czar. That individual is the radical legal theorist Cass Sunstein who has argued that: your money doesn’t really belong to you because the government laid the foundations for your success; Internet censorship is a good idea; animals should be allowed to sue people; (Snip) and Americans’ support for property rights and freedom of contract is an “incoherent” form “of so-called individualism.”

Sunstein has been a collectivist wingnut for decades. How ANY president can nominate this dildo for any office above assistant dogcatcher is simply beyond me.

Well, you know Obama’s inner city constituency; their two main concerns are “climate change” and vegetarianism.
Isnt’ that the truth? Years ago when someone said the kind of things he says people would just do that little crazy sign with their finger next to their head and go on about their business. Unfortunately, now the crazies make policy.
He couldn’t be assistant dog catcher, he would be getting lawyers for the dogs so they could sue someone.
