Congress has taken serious notice. Both Judiciary Ranking Member Lamar Smith and Representative Frank Wolf sent the Department a letter(s) demanding answers, after the Department ignored an initial Smith letter for weeks. Wolf sent a second letter directly to Holder today which strongly implies:
1. Department Officials Steven Rosenbaum (yes, him again) and Loretta King lied to him in a briefing on July 20 and in previous letters. Most notably, the Wolf letter tears apart Rosenbaum and King's excuse that the case was dismissed because one of the black panthers lived where the voting intimidation occurred. Wolf points out this is "false." So much for the truth President Obama. Mr. Rosenbaum, perhaps it is time for you to be fired for lying to Congress.
2. The Department has refused to turn over public documents. The letters refer to numerous instances of documents the Department appears to be withholding. The Department appears also to be denying Wolf's request to meet with the career trial team from the Voting Section. Wonder why the Department would want to suppress their views?
3. The Department lied (see #1 above) in trying to tell Congress that career employees decided to dismiss the case. Wolf exposes this lie. The Muffled Oar has received information that the decision was made by only political officials over the objections of every single career person who looked at the case. The Washington Times story was accurate we are told. Therefore this was politics at play. Shame on you General Holder.

Yeah, Holder is another black man with a chip on his shoulder the size of a boulder who has used this to become a man willing to bend rules to appease a boss. If I ever run in to him, I would LOVE to ask him the current price for selling one's soul.

Like his boss Obama, Holder is a long time, abject, anti-American who has now been put in a high position of public trust and who is abusing that position to the benefit of his radical friends and to his marxist ideology ends.

I firmly believe that if we get rid of all of it, get rid of affirmative action and looked at folks as a person and not their color we could come together more.

My second grade daughter made the observation that “Why do black women get two months for them”?
I’m like “What?”
She said “Well, there is ‘Women History Month’ and ‘Black history month’ and so black women get two months for them and what month is for the Chinese? They don’t get any months and they seem nice.”
Leave it to a kid to recognize the ridiculousness of our society.

The teacher replied “well because they first came from Africa”
He said
I know that but so do whites and you don’t refer to whites as Africans.
The teacher actually to my surprise said she had never looked at it like that.
You see we know people who are white and from Africa, actually from Africa not 5 generations ago.
So to him he was confused why refer to a group of people as something but the continent had whites and blacks.

I know a family in my county that is white from South Africa. Moved here after they got ran off their farm at machete point. But they (the kids and parents) will rile up at being called African Americans. They are just American.

One family now lives in Palm coast after fleeing their country from Mugabe.
