Are you Jean Dixon or are you one of those people who always want to discuss something other than what is being discussed (possibly because you don’t want to deal with it). When I am told “there are more important issues” or “this is neither the time nor place” I assume the person is simply trying to stop/discourage any action.
If we won’t/can’t ensure that our candidates meet the qualifications for the office they seek and that our votes are not negated by fraudulent votes we are unlikely to win on any other issue.

It is also an issue that stirs more people up on either side. Cap and Trade- What’s that? Federal Deficit? etc.
Those issues are more complex and have trouble heating up the emotions in most people. An illegal POTUS or TOTUS, will definitely get emotions flowing.

If the court says it is valid, it is valid. My guess is that the one released by the campaign isn’t real. That’s why Obama never acknowledged it. If it is a fraud, his campaign has some ‘splainin’ to do. I doubt Obama has plausible deniability at this point.

I’m glad a few hard-nosed nuts won’t let go of this issue. I do see progress being made (rescinding a soldier’s orders merely because he questioned the authority of the CiC?), and we may see results within 3.5 years. If he’s proven ineligible, great! huge win. If not, [shrug] ok that was tried with the same result as not trying, no harm done.
We know he’s not eligible. Don’t let that slide purely because we can’t prove it _now_; keep digging.
