The ‘hidden long form’, college records, college finance records, college application, selective service records, travel documents (passport used for travel during his college years), application for the Illinois Bar, his entire Illinois State Senate records, peripheral relationships regarding the unsolved murder of the TUCC choir director, etc.
This needs to be taken on by a well-known, objective, and authoritative entity. Orly can't handle it all.

2 cases this week which should lead to a subpoena of Obama’s original long form birth certificate. It’s likely that he will be removed from office- not wishful thinking..... BTW, they should subpoena his alleged forged COLB and Selective Service registration forms as well. Forgery of a government document is a felony.

I am not convinced the good dentist has got both oars in the water. She has a mail order law degree and really screwed up the case for the reservist down in Columbus, GA which got her laughed out of court again. Plus members of the military who sue the government cannot work for government contractors and the poor guy lost his job. He had volunteered for foreign deployment and as the judge stated, all he had to do was un-volunteer. Going to court for publicity really screwed this guy. Sorry, bad judgement here by Orly Taitz.

I am appalled that a LTC going through channels with such a serious matter did not get the courtesy of a response from Gates. It’s been over four months since he wrote Gates. Gates could be part of the problem. Remember, the democrats forced him on Bush after Rummy was canned.

It's two letters, or a letter and an email. The one to SecDef Gates is dated March 3rd, the other, to Orly is dated July 19th.
At least under Obama they can't. Do you have any sources indicating this was the policy prior to 20 January 2009?
The guy is both a contractor and a member of the reserves. Generally speaking one has enough of an interest in one's job that having it taken in retaliation for exercising one's first amendment right of petition, albeit through the courts, is bound to give one standing in a future suit.
She certified to the State of Hawaii that he was Constitutionally qualified, as that is how their form is written.
