WASHINGTON -- The Obama administration is considering overhauling the way terror suspects are interrogated by creating a small team of professionals drawn from across the government, according to people familiar with a proposal that will be submitted to the White House.

They’re all to be issued ostrich plumes and instructed in intensive tickling.
The ACLU, meanwhile, is said to be formulating a legal challenge to what it terms ‘this excessive use of duress.’
Why would any interrogator participate under any current set of rules? The political climate could shift and the best intentioned interrogations, under the strictest ineffective conditions could suddenly become criminalized.
What, they’re gonna make ‘em talk by making them laugh so hard they’ll beg for mercy?
IMO, it ended June 12, 2008.
