CCTV images emerge of one of bombers planting explosive device inside hotel
These are the last seconds in the life of one of the two suicide bombers today brought death and carnage to two luxury hotels in the Indonesian capital Jakarta.
Captured on CCTV in the reception of the five-star Ritz Carlton hotel, the man in a baseball cap pulls a small wheelie-bag behind him as nearby porters loads baggage on to trolleys.
Moments later the screen is filled with smoke as the devastating blast rips through the hotel where Manchester United were due to check-in tomorrow as part of their Far East tour.

WASHINGTON, D.C. (BNO NEWS) — President Obama released the following statement on Friday after bomb attacks at hotels in Jakarta killed at least 9 people.
“I strongly condemn the attacks that occurred this morning in Jakarta, and extend my deepest condolences to all of the victims and their loved ones.
The American people stand by the Indonesian people in this difficult time, and the U.S. government stands ready to help the Indonesian government respond to and recover from these outrageous attacks as a friend and partner.
Indonesia has been steadfast in combating violent extremism, and has successfully curbed terrorist activity within its borders. However, these attacks make it clear that extremists remain committed to murdering innocent men, women and children of any faith in all countries. Too bad it wasn’t in full color and could be blasted on television and youtube all over the Middle East and into the computers of the Mozlems who think it’s ‘cool’ to do this.

Soccer is a snooze, but bombing the hotel to spare the entire country 90 minutes of unadulterated boredom is rather extreme.
Exactly. They won’t rest until every nation in the world is rid of anything nice with the exception of mosques. They want us to live like them and until we don’t want to, we’ll be battling them.
Barry cannot make any statement condemning terrorism and evil without incorporating a “HOWEVER” clause.
He is compelled to frame a moral equivalency of some kind that always exonerates Islamic cultures and the religion itself whenever they are connected to the evil-doers, which is 99.99% of the time.
