BRADENTON, Fla. — Police are searching for the masked intruders who kicked in the door of a Bradenton apartment and fatally shot a 19-year-old pregnant woman, causing the death of her baby.
Crystal Johnson was seven months pregnant. Authorities said she was shot once in the neck by the intruders who kicked the door down early Sunday and started firing.
She died at a hospital. Her baby girl was delivered and lived on a respirator for two hours.

Boyfriend was present...did you read the article? He fired back at them...entire family was sleeping. Do you think it was an orchestrated hit?
You can't rehabilitate a person who shoots a pregnant woman. And, if you can't rehabilitate them, you owe it to the community to put them down so they'll never be able to harm again. If you're going to put 'em down, you might as well do it publicly.
Possibly even with the bf firing back. I would say they new the intruders.
The detectives will be questioning the bf once the two victims are buried.
No matter what, hope they catch these guys and they actually get the death penalty and it doesn’t take 20 years before the sentence is carried out.
That tells me that either she or her boyfriend are not innocent victims.
If this wasn't a random act then they really must have done something for anyone, even scum, to shoot and kill a pregnant woman knowing they will most likely get the needle for it if caught.
The way the defense system is in Florida you are looking at 2030 by the earliest.
Smells like drug related. Maybe payback or warning gone wrong. Money on bf being in the biz.
There is a reason the police say “it did not appear to be random”.
We don’t have much info to go on, but I would speculate the boyfriend owed some drug dealers, and they wanted to show they meant business.
The boyfriend had a gun, which everyone should have the right to have. It is possible he was armed because he ‘knew’ they would be coming, just not when.
There are other likely explanations, and this one is just ‘my opinion’.

Another possibility is that the boyfriend was an undercover narc. That would fit the details, so far, just as well as our first suspicions.

According to our president it’s a punihment not a baby.
