Sadly, money talks. Still, going to Iowa, is in and of itself, not a bad idea. Sarah needs direct exposure with the people, and Iowa still has a position in the primary process. If she raises money for good conservative candidates, and makes a little for herself and her family, all the better.

Iowa is a lost state for conservativism. It is so deeply entrenched in federal farm subsidies, the Democratic Party and big-government Republicans (many of them so-called ‘conservatives’) bow down to the ‘hog and tractor lobby’ constantly that it will never be a viable state again. It will continue to die in population and economic viability like it has for the past 50 years. People in this state, both liberals and conservatives, still think it is 1910 in terms of economics. Good luck Sarah; come and raise a little bit of money in this state from the very tiny few conservatives who live in the 21st century world in Ioway.
