Mid 40’s, 5 kids, a grandmother to boot.

I know several women who don’t look like that and they aren’t half her age !!

and we are afraid that if she did so she would lead the party to a 1964-style debacle, accompanied by unnecessary losses down the ballot.

That is what McCain did. Sarah is the only reason that he got as many votes as he did.
