Heard on the news today, Tim Kaine has refused to honor a FOIA request for his travel data — whether he’s been using state $ for DNC travel.
Didn’t Kaine admit two weeks ago that his out-of-town-on-dnc-business security detail was paid for by Virginia tax dollars and that he would reimburse the Commonwealth’s taxpayers? If he made this statement then he has no legal grounds whatsoever to stand in the way of an FOIA request.
